Update on my previous review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. So,last time,after over 72 hours waiting for a withdrawal and God knows how many emails,I ended up having to make another one. I requested withdrawal with crypto as the card I used had been lost. They then decided to change the withdrawal method themselves and basically,I have been waiting for over 10 days. When I told them that the payment won't be processed because the card was cancelled,they basically told me to contact my bank and figure it out. Also,they always copy and paste the messages and,I just sent them an email saying "pls follow up on my request",their reply was"you're always welcome"STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

If you have no use for your money and no charity organization wants to accept it, then you can deposit into their video game platform disguised as a trading platform. The heartless individual running is is so heartless,I was literally begging for my own capital refunded so I could take my mom to the hospital and they refused. The cries of the innocent will run them restless till they stop their evil scams

Smarty trade are robbing peoples money, since oktober 2025 requested a withdrawel till today 13 januari 2026 I’ve not received it.

Stay away from smarty trade and Evelyn copytrader for smarty trade.

SCAM!!!. Never give money to Smartytrade. Smartytrade is a scam. Once you send money, you will never get it back. All the positive reviews are all not true. They pretend to be clients of smartytrade putting positive reviews to get people to send more and more money to them. Then when you want to withdraw they will not give you your money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SMARTYTRADE. IT IS A SCAM. THEY STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY. MY MONEY WAS JUST STOLEN. They keep saying to contact support. There is no Support because it does not exist. Please spread this to everyone on all social media sites to stop these scammers from stealing money from innocent people who loose everything. I have all the proof if needed to help people from losing their money.

Ich habe am 03.08.2025 mit 400$ bei Smartytrade angefangen zu traden.Ich hatte immer wieder kleinere technische Probleme mit der Website.Ungefähr am 10.10.2025 hatte ich ein Guthaben von 109000$.Plötzlich haben sie mein Konto gesperrt und behauptet es wären verdächtige Handlungen gewesen.Sie schrieben mir noch eine Email das sie das eingezahlte Geld zurückzahlen.Bis heute kam noch nichts.Wenn ihr dort Geld macht dann werfen sie euch raus.Ich bin extrem sauer und für mich sind das Betrüger und sonst nichts.Lasst die Finger von diesem Anbieter!!!

Do not use this platform if you want reliable withdrawl service! They won't let you withdrawl your funds and its tied up for days on end, and their support just gives ridiculous reasons why they aren't performing it yet... I'm so angry. I need my money today and they are still pedaling around. I'm want to scream. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

I would not recomend SmartyTrade because they do not honor withdrawals. Of coarse deposites are no problem but when you try and make a withdrawl nothing happens no action just B.S.. I Initiated a withdrawal nearly two months ago and tried several times since then. Only to receive boiler plate responses in response to multiple customer service tickets opened and emails to support only to get brushed off and no money or withdrawal's received. Unfortunately if you want your money back it looks like it will require the involvement of a Third party and filing with the proper authorities. If you are considering opening an account with this so called trading platform, Please DON'T. There are plenty of other honest reputable platforms out there and this one should be banned or removed.

Not a good broker to recommend, and i wish i read the reviews before depositing. The only platform have benefited from recently has been 𝖹inensis Investment with the amazing returns each plans carries.

Can’t withdraw your money and they be paying people to give them 5 stars to make it seem like they legit when there’ll not. When u first start trade u will be on a good winning streak then after a point u will be losing all the time. EVEYLN APPLE TRADER, SHES APART OF THE FRAUD TO I believe Smarty Trade be paying her to recruit people to come to the platform so that they can take your money. And customers service never helps with shit when I try to withdraw my money and my last deposit I never landed in my trade account. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BINARY OPTION TRADE I WOULD RECOMMEND DO FOREX INSTEAD
