Adam was efficient and polite but company did not message yesterday to say a time window.

Amazing service, polite and friendly. Dean really took his time to make sure the job was 100% and that I was satisfied. Took time to explain the app and gave me some great advice as this is my first EV.

Adam very helpful installing our Ohme EV charger, didn’t take long at all and only had to turn the electric off for around 10 minutes. Install very tidy and looks great

The process from beginning to end was smooth and professional. I was updated regularly about dates and progress. The installer, Dean, was outstanding (10/10)! On arrival he went to look at my setup (three phase so complicated) and discussed options with me. He regularly checked in, did a beautiful job with installation (he cared that job was done well from an aesthetic perspective) not just functional. When finished he explained the system to me and showed me how to use the app and charger. I would highly recommend Fusion and Dean.

Had an Ohme EV charger installed and I cannot fault Murray and his colleague at Fusion Electric at all. He was brilliant, called me before he came, explained things well, I felt he went the extra mile and installing the charger where I wanted, neat install and friendly through out. I was really pleased with the whole process and end result.
