Ordered dining chairs 2 weeks ago as they stated 78 in stock and delivery within 2 weeks ! Received an email today to say being delivered in another 2 weeks 😡
Quick enough to take all the money though 😡

Staff (Kevin) very helpful and gave us useful advice. We bought a swivel chair that needed putting together on delivery. He informed us that a member of staff would do that for us. We've bought several items of furniture recently from this store and have received the same excellent service each time.

Sales team in the threemilestone branch was very helpful and helped me select the right mattress buy when it came to the delivery the txt informed me that I would receive a phone call in the day for a delivery solt I did not get this phone call till 30min before my delivery was due which was frustrating other than that it was okay

Bought two fantastic sofas from the Plymouth branch
One sofa was faulty and Hollie worked hard with the supplier to get us the right resolution and we’re really happy with the service we received

Ordered a lovely corner dining table . Corner seating and bench all lovely but the table top is covered in scratches it looks the way you would expect the table tops to be after a few years wear and tear. I thought maybe I had missed protective film but I hadn’t it’s the actual top, all over the full top is scratched not one area isn’t - very strange as seating new and spotless, it doesn’t even scratch easily , the courier had it for over two weeks but don’t think they could have scratched it this much?? I should have dealt with it earlier but work, life got in the way …

I purchased an armchair on the 1st of July 2024, was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, i eventually had it delivered after many phone calls to newquay furniture world on the 19th September 2024, 11 and a half weeks, not good enough, will not be shopping at furniture world again, must point out the staff were not at fault, it was the couriers, very poor service

Very good customer service. Delivery was prompt and mattress put upstairs in the bed no extra charge. Very happy with purchase from start to finish.

I recently visited Furniture world in Truro. I was greeted by Ian and he was super friendly, his product knowledge was great and he definitely gave some great advice.
Although I sadly didn’t decide to purchase a sofa in the end for personal reasons, I would just like to commend him for what great service I got.
I’d definitely deal with him when it comes to purchasing a new mattress in the future.

From the time I saw my chest of drawers,the assistant who served me,the update and finally delivery were so smooth. Everyone was very polite,not pushy. Pleased with the product.

From ordering my product was excellent on the delivery of my product and time was excellent and the person that delivered were well mannered and on time done everything that they could do.

Really great service from start to finish. From walking in to choose our sofa to the delivery into my home the service has been fantastic. The salesman at the store was friendly and not pushy at all. He considered our requirements and gave us options that would fit our family.
The delivery guys were both respectful of our home and friendly.

The attending salesman was both polite and very helpful. Giving information and guidance when asked for and needed. Delivery was prompt and on time and the delivery guys were very polite also. All round a pleasant and good experience 😁

From our first visit through to us completing a purchase the staff at Plymouth Furniture World were welcoming and helpful - a particular ‘Well Done’ to Don Johnson, nothing too much trouble and real interest in helping us with our purchase.

I bought a divan and mattress from furniture world. In store they were incredibly helpful but also allowed me to take my time and browse which I always appreciate in a store visit. When purchasing the bed, they made me aware of all potential extra costs and all the options available to me. Delivery of the bed was smooth, it arrived within the time frame specified and they finished the delivery within 10 minutes! Very happy with the bed and the service provided.

The staff in the Newquay branch are always very helpful and well informed. The purchase seems to be of good quality. When there was a delay in the arrival of the product, Furniture World did a good job in finding an alternative source, and prompt delivery. The courteous delivery team kept me well informed of timing.

I bought a sofa. The Sales person was most helpful, answered all my questions kindly, and honestly.
The delivery team gave me a call in the morning, arrived on time, dismantled and carried it in and re assembled.

Absolutely wonderful experience from Ollie and the team at Truro. Beautifully set out store with high end quality pieces at good prices. Did shop around but ended up comparing everywhere else to Furniture World, no competition for me! Bought some lovely lounge and kitchen furniture, a mattress and an ex display sofa, all delivered perfectly and incredibly well packaged. Absolutely first class local company to deal with, will not ever go anywhere else now, couldn't recommend highly enough!!

Friendly sales staff at the St Austell branch, not the slightest bit pushy. They were very well informed and found us the best deal, even arranging to remove our old mattress. We received a call to arrange a convenient delivery date. The delivery men called ahead on the day of arrival and provided a 2 hour time slot. They arrived well within the time given, were friendly and polite and took away all the packaging. The delivery took just a few minutes, everything was very smooth and professional from start to finish, thank you
