I ordered a what they call "popular" bed in April of 2025. I called several times to track the order since there is no tracking information available from their website. It is the end of June 2025 and it's still not expected to arrive until mid July of 2025. They sell what they don't have in stock which is poor customer at best. Do better.

Great customer service. Timely on all aspects. And most of all- gorgeous furniture!!

From my first phone call assisting with the details of my sectional to help finally placing the order as well as helping with the shipping, it’s been fantastic customer experience and I will definitely be going back to their website for future needs.

I purchased a dining room set the first part of April. It said 2-4 weeks delivery. It took about 3 which was fine because we were replacing our old dining table. I finally got a chance to get it together last night. It was very easy to assemble and the quality of the set is amazing. It’s not made out of some cheap wood. Very heavy and durable. We are 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

Seamless order and delivery. Said it would be 1-3 weeks for delivery and it was just under 3 weeks. Very easy and they delivered the bar right to my garage.

Table and chair were exactly as described. Shipping to home was timely.

Extremely dishonest about shipping times. We ordered our sofa set on Feb 16th with a "2-4 week shipping time." It's now 6 weeks and we're told it's going to take ANOTHER TWO weeks to receive it even though the set is physically here in our town already. The only other alternative is to go pick it up ourselves. No one will take any accountability and the shipping company representatives don't speak English fluently, so it's extremely hard to communicate.

So far waiting a month for my tv console. Excuse after excuse.

I recently purchased a recliner from Furniture Pick to match a sofa I had bought locally a few weeks prior. The recliner I originally wanted had been discontinued, so I searched online and found it available at Furniture Pick. Their prices were reasonable, and I was thrilled to see the exact match I was looking for.

The delivery experience was exceptional. The team arrived on time, and their professionalism was evident throughout the process. They even took the time to clean up and remove all the packaging when they were finished. It made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

We ordered a bed from them, over 1000$, was told delivery will be from 2-4 weeks, now is 5 weeks over and they still don't know when they will delivered. We contact them 4 times. Always the same answer. Horrible firm!

They have great product selections. The product was delivered on-time, and professionally assembled by their delivery crew. Best advise - buy the "White Glove Delivery". It was well worth the cost!

From order to delivery was 2 weeks they were great reaching out to schedule delivery, delivery team was quick and efficient and the bedroom set is even prettier in person very pleased !

I was doubtful that this company was a real company because the difference in price between what I ordered via this company vs w Ashleys Furniture was 1k cheaper. I ordered a couch which I originally found at Ashleys. I checked online to see if I could find it somewhere else cheaper and thanks to this company I did. I was also doubtful that I would get the same couch or a dupe and that it would get delivered within a reasonable time frame or at all. I've had my couch for 3 months now and I love it. It arrived within 3 weeks- the delivery men put it together and I was a happy customer. I will be ordering from them in the future.
Ps-I would track my order every few days and could not see a delivery date so I called and spoke with someone. A few days later they emailed me saying it would be delivered the next day (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL because you need to confirm delivery)

30 day return policy is a scam. If you order white glove delivery, they take the furniture out of the packaging before you can even inspect, and if it's out of the packaging, you cannot return it. Not to mention, couch was supposed to show in no more than 30 days and took more than 6 weeks to arrive. I would never do business with this company, they don't operate in good faith.

Great Quality, Amazing Price and Excellent Delivery Service.

Never got the $1600 piece of furniture I ordered after a month and a half. They make no effort to help you, lie about attempting to help you, and keep your money. Scam company, will never order from again!
