No returns policy
Scam, your money is better spent elsewhere. We had an issue with a product, when we filled out the returns form, it went unanswered for weeks, when I then called them they asked to send in yet another form. This went on and on, eventually Ann, from returns, calls to inform me that their returns policy, is that they have no returns policy. She also said that I would get a voucher as a good will gesture. This never happened! Really really poor..

Absolutely delighted with my purchase
Absolutely delighted with my purchase, communication and delivery. It was the fastest delivery ever! The quality of the furniture is 20/10 and delivery man Tiernan was so helpfull and friendly.... Was absolutely pleasure to deal with on a day 😊 I would highly recommend Furniture next day and will most definitely buy again! Thank's again for making my living room look glamorous again!
