"no need to knock" doormat…
The first "no need to knock" doormat that I received was made of very soft, lightweight fabric (less than 1 pound) that could easily blow away outside and wasn't suitable to wipe shoes, only decorate cold floor. (It also was stuck in China and arrived late.) Although they were reluctant to issue a refund, they certainly get a P for persistance in trying to understand what material I expected in an outdoor mat. 2 months and 20 emails later (partly due to language barriers?) a replacement was sent. It isn't coco coir as I had thought I was ordering in the first place, but it is heavy enough not to blow away and has some sort of woven fibers that don't provide the brushing action of coco coir but might remove some dirt from shoes. The printing wasn't as good on the 2nd one but now my friend can use it outdoors.

I ordered this for Father’s Day for my…
I ordered this for Father’s Day for my son, a US NAVY VETERAN. He was a Corpsman and was called ‘Doc’.
He loves it! He said “Hey! Check that out!” and had a few tears in his eyes. He put it on his phone right away, and has been showing it off.
