I ordered my product Jan. 2 and still have not received it. Very frustrated because I can see when tracking it shows in Chicago,and has been for 2 weeks, I can't get a response when I try to contact Furlidays about it.

Terrible sizing. DO NOT BUY The shoes are too narrow and the size 8…
The shoes are too narrow and the size 8 is too small. They hurt my feet. I can not wear them at all.
Update: Furlidays responded to this review on 2/7/23. I’ve been in contact with them since 1/22/23. They keep asking me to take pictures, measure the shoe this way or that way. I’ve done everything. It’s a stall tactic vs. doing what they should do: REFUND because they are NOT wearable!

Amazing customized covers!
This is the fourth time I order on Furlidays.com. I had an issue with my previous order (the wrong item was sent to my sister's house, twice), but the customer service at Furlidays was amazing, and finally managed to send me the correct item.
This time I ordered 2 customized covers, and they arrived at my house with no issue. It's exactly what I ordered, and the covers look amazing. I can't wait to see my friend's reaction at Christmas!
I highly recommend the website. The delivery can take up to 3 weeks (depending on the country) so make sure you order in advance!
