Excellent service. Very helpful and speedy in response to queries and our order of service leaflets were of very high quality. The process of design was simple too.
I felt that I was getting a personal service at a very difficult time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Once I'd worked out how to use the template it was all plain sailing.
Delivery was prompt and I even had a phone call confirming receipt.
All in all a service I would have no hesitation in recommending.

So pleased I used this site.
The finished product was outstanding after creating it through the step by step process.
Delivery was quick, and although took an extra day, still arrived. Created Wednesday evening, arrived Saturday.
Great communication from company reassuring they were tracking delivery.

Easy to use and excellent service

I have been in the event industry for 18 years and I have to say the customer service from funeralstationery when I purchased order of services for my Step Dads funeral, was excellent. Designing them on the website was straight forward, easy to upload images, crop them, add text, change the font etc etc

When there was a problem with delivery due to illnesses within the royal mail, they called me to update me. Plus called me to check they arrived. Its the little details like this that make a massive difference.

Obviously I'm hoping NOT to use them anytime soon but I will certainly recommend them to others.

Good choice of templates available, fantastic customer service and a high quality product delivered within promised timescales - makes a huge difference at a difficult and challenging time of bereavement and organising a funeral- thank you again!

After my Mother passing, I was in charge of organising the funeral. Not a task I ever envisioned.

During the 2nd Lockdown period, other printers were looking to get rich and were charging ridiculous high amounts to produce 30 order of service brochures.

Thank goodness I found funeral stationery online and was able to upload images and script to my required preferences.

The prices were reasonable and I even had a quality control check for one of my errors.
I am not great at reviews but I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Funeral Stationary., the turnaround was within one day, special delivery 1pm guaranteed.

During a stressful time, I was fortunate to have this matter sorted out effortlessly.

Just what we needed to prepare an order of service. Lots of options on number of pages, layout, text, size etc. We put it together on a tablet, which made it a bit slower and slightly more awkward, with big fingers, so we’d recommend a laptop or desktop just to make it a bit easier.
Prices were clear and, in our opinion, very reasonable. Delivery was very quick, it must have been printed and dispatched the next day arriving the following day. On arrival, we found them well packed and protected by additional bubble wrap so were in perfect condition.
Hoping not to have to use them for a while, but wouldn’t think twice about using them again. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the beautiful remembrance cards which we designed using the Order of Service layout. The whole process was easy to use with a good selection of formats and we were easily able to include photos.. I couldn’t align a poem so made a phone call and the staff were so helpful and sorted this out for us. The cards arrived the next day before 1pm and we were delighted with them and the quality. Suitably reassured, I accessed the website, selected and completed a template for submission. A confirmation of receipt email was received. The next working day, I received a call to confirm a potential anomaly in the content. Once resolved I was assured that the the order was ready for dispatch. The package arrived by special delivery the next morning. Funeral Stationery called again shortly after to check that the order had arrived safely and was in good condition.
