Fantastic servicefrom FuneralStationery4u. I had a some specific requirements (adding some of my mum’s own artwork) so couldnt use the website fully but they responded to my queries and made some great suggestions. Definitely not just a print shop! I even got a pdf proof with no watermark which meant I could send it to my overseas relatives. Just 2 days from order to delivery. The final printed order of service was beautiful, really good quality and something to treasure.

The service was amazing. A lovely lady called me immediately to advise there were issues with the pictures I’d submitted and she made sure everything was perfect and delivered in time for the funeral.

Could not recommend more.

The Service from this company was absolutely fantastic, and though most was done on line, was really touched -how near the end of the process, there was a personal touch and I chatted on the phone to a member of the team.

+ve: Product was good quality and shipped the following day as promised. What really impressed me was that Alec from funeral stationery then kept an eye on the package whilst it was with Royal Mail and contacted me several times, first to warn me that Royal Mail were not going to achieve next day delivery and then to give me updates. Fortunately the day of delay was not critical for me.
-ve: I had some issues using the software to create my order of service, it kept saying that I'd exceeded the allowed number of lines even though I hadn't. And when I needed to fit literally 1 extra line on the last page it did not allow me flexibility to scale to do this. The problems stopped when I swapped from a Windows8 to Windows10 laptop.
The +ves outweighed the -ves, hence the 5 stars.

Easy to do online work and very fast delivery of a high quality item.

A great service. Delivery fast. Excellent quality of the booklets. Shiny, firm and stong. Slightly struggled to get photos to stay the right way round at first, but found that if I cropped them a bit smaller first, then they did not keep rotating. They do offer to sort it for you.
So many comments on the day how lovely the booklets were.

Turnaround was excellent as opposed to a well known online provider of customised stationery.
My only (minor) quibble was the limited number of templates and not being able to see the reverse until you have completed the front, not all of them are plain.
However they arrived when they said they would and were brilliant quality.

We were recommended funeralstationary4u.co.uk by the funeral directors we used for our mum’s funeral. The site has a large range of templates and formats to choose from. The software took a little getting used to, but once we’d grasped it it was quite easy to design our Order of Service.
The finished booklet was excellent, very nicely printed on good quality card, and the photos were reproduced to very high standard. I thought the pricing was very fair having spent 30+ years in the print trade myself. Very impressed.

They were excellent. We had an issue with postage and they kept chasing and calling me to ensure that everything was ok. The quality was also fantastic - Thankyou

Very nice styles and pretty easy to use, even with a basic level of IT skills. Customer support was great when I had a small problem. Next day delivery was very useful too. The final product was great and honoured my mum in just the way I had hoped.

I used Funeral Stationery 4U to produce Orders of Service and Commemorative bookmarks. The website was easy to use and the final products were high quality and a beautiful design. The Customer Service was also outstanding- Judy spotted an error that I had made and contacted me to make me aware and corrected it before the products went to print. Everything arrived the next day as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

User friendly templates with a good range of choices. My order was proof read and I was quickly contacted about a possible error. The service sheets arrived the next day. Everyone was very pleased with them.

The staff were incredibly helpful, answering several queries about how to get the most out of the templates very promptly, they sent a proof copy to check and even corrected a small printing error without hesitation.
Their excellent customer service was second to none and I can't recommend them highly enough.
