This is a great service, and I love the non-produce items offered as well. I've discovered great products that I wouldn't have otherwise. The produce is largely great. Certain items don't hold up too well, but most are in great shape. My only issue is that when things become unavailable and just don't show up in my box, especially when it was something I really wanted.

The freshness of the fruits and veggies is unparalleled.

Our current boxes are delivered on time and the vegetables are fresh.

Overall reliable service and quality. I've been a customer for a while and enjoy the fresh produce and other options, like getting fresh flowers, or adding on food staples. Of the few times where I've reached out to customer service they have been excellent!

I love how fresh everything has been: the lacinito kale was crisp and delicious; all of the fruit is perfectly non-bruised and flavorful; the herbs are fresh and vibrant. I am impressed with the quality.

The ease to skip a weeks, make changes and great communication if there is an issue with my box. My only complaints are the prices(!!!) which I understand are out of your control with everything else that has increased in price. Also I don think it’s every time but my delivery driver walks across my grass that my husband works so hard to maintain. We have a great sidewalk leading up to my front porch that he is welcome to use.😁

I think the selection of produce is only so so. Things that are more seasonal tend to sell out by the time I customize my order. And when I forget to customize it’s always celery, kale, onion and apples - nothing very exciting.

When I submit my order, many of the veges are not available. I really wish there were a better assortment of veges. I hate the non-returnable cardboard boxes, and wish the driver didn't leave them in the rain every week. These issues are almost enough to make me quit the service.
