I sent a message RE the first order reporting that it was processed while I was still considering - never received a response
And THEN I got notice of a SECOND order AFTER it was too late to respond/stop.
Talked with customer service and told them I’d be returning to sender and there was no info about charges for returning something I didn’t order.
Have finally received a partial refund of about 60% of what was taken from me…postage fees
They’re a predatory company that adds subscriptions to orders as part of doing business, sends notices of upcoming subscriptions after it’s too late to address.
Would not use again and would never recommend

We want to be fully transparent about what happened on our end. When we received your message, we made multiple attempts to reach you by email but received a delivery failure each time with the error: "recipient's mailbox rejected your email." We also tried to reach you by phone without success. We want you to know that your concerns were not ignored — we genuinely could not get through.
We hear you on the checkout experience. Our checkout pages are being redesigned to make every step of the customer journey transparent and straightforward.
To clarify the timeline on your case: we cancelled your subscription the same day you requested it, on 05/05/26. We attempted to process your full refund the very next day, 05/06/26 — however, a credit card dispute had been opened, which caused your bank to lock the account and prevent any credits or debits from being applied. Because we were unable to issue the refund through that channel, our standard $9.95 return processing fee applied, and when the dispute was resolved in our favor, your bank added their $25 dispute fee — which we have control over once a chargeback is initiated.
We also want to acknowledge the return postage — per our policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We're sorry this experience left you feeling unheard. That was never our intent, and the steps we're taking to improve our checkout and communication process are a direct result of feedback like yours. We will have our Director of Customer Service contact you right away to see if there is anything further we can do to restore your trust.

Taste great, may upset stomach if sensitive
I ordered a bunch of bags in various flavors. The flavors all tasted good! My stomach and intestinal system were not so happy with them, unfortunately. I was able to cancel my subscription and the upcoming order, the customer service was very helpful that way and I appreciate that so much. I still have a bunch of bags from my original order left, will give to friends that don't have sensitive stomachs.

Fantastic products & good customer service
The gummies are delicious. Just don't let the grandkids find them b/c they argue about them being "candy" vs fiber gummies...lol. It was easy to cancel my subscription when I developed a sensitivity to an ingredient and customer service worked with me for returns.

It's not Shameful to love Shameless!
Not only is the product great tasting and provides a wonderful amount of fiber per day, the customer service is amazing! It's easy to order, the delivery is fast and did I mention every flavor is delicious? Well, they are! I highly recommend Shameless Snacks to anyone that loves candy but wants something that isn't filled with too much sugar.

Great product..TERRIBLY RUN COMPANY
The product itself is great! Super tasty!
Their website and customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! More than once now I have paused/skipped a shipment and have still been charged!! The first time it took 2 weeks and MULTIPLE back and forth emails to get a refund. And it just happened again! Only this time...somehow some of my order was skipped, but not all, I have 2 charges from them and I skipped the whole shipment several days ago!!! I will not be using this product anymore, SOLEY because of their website issues and customer service!!!

Horrible Company!
They have the WORST shipping and customer service! They shorted me a LOT of what I bought and then acted like they were doing me a favor for shipping what I ACTUALLY ALREADY BOUGHT!! Don't be fooled by this terrible business!!! PLUS it took over a week and a half to get half my order and they also use that terrible shipping company Uniuni!! BEWARE!!!

For tracking orders, you should have received an email providing you tracking information along with a link. We also send email informing of shipping in transit and delivery.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I did not realize I was on a subscription. So when I got the email saying my order was shipping I could not cancel. I reached out to CS explained the situation and they created a RMA for me to return it. They literally refunded my account the day they got the order!

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Shady business dealings. Refuse to cancel orders.
First off, when you try to purchase an order, their user interface throws out 6 "before you go, do you wanna purchase these too?" money grabs. They come one right after another. They have 2 options and the first one is a big green checkbook that makes you think "click here to uncheck the box". No! This ADDS it to your order. Then the next 5 pop up messages come one right after the other and you're like ok, let me review my purchase to make sure its all there correctly and didn't accidentally add any of those extra things. NOPE. Doesn't let you review it. So they ended up charging me an EXTRA $180 on a $30 order. I only discovered it through the emailed confirmation of the order. I immediately got on their website and tried canceling it. They emailed me back two days later and said once an order is submitted its locked into the system and we can't cancel it. Um, what?! Then why do you have an option to cancel an order if the order can't be canceled? Its not an order until its been submitted, its just window shopping before that! Oh and the only "refund" they offer is a 30% store credit.
This entire company is a scam. I'm out over $200 bc I tried to buy a couple bags of "healthy" snacks for my disabled mother.

Love the product! Sweet and delicious. No problem with customer service mistakenly signed up for subscription, handled satisfactorily through email. I’m on a GLP1 and because of Shameless I have no problems with constipation. Recommend highly.

Great products, good customer service!
I tried the product and liked it. From their website, I placed a very large order, totaling over $200. When the order arrived certain items were missing. I sent an email with photos and a description. They replied promptly and assured me they would make things right. They shipped the missing items quickly. Overall the experience was very good.

Company provided a full refund and their communication was better than expected. Their product is very good, but their website isn’t user friendly when ordering. There’s no review before submitting the order which caused my issue.
