An unfortunate and unnecessary review this one. The recipient received a damaged in transit parcel, it happens occasionally. Instead of reaching out to Fueled.art for a resolution the customer went straight to the negative review route, which was the first I had heard of any issue. If the recipient had reached out, a replacement frame would have been organised. When I did reach out to the customer they made an unfounded accusation that the frame was packaged up damaged. This makes zero sense to risk reputational damage in this way.
On the topic of 'poor quality for the price' the customer paid around £100 for a large 32x24" framed original art piece and the frame was of complete sufficient quality for that price point. No frame is resistant to damage in transit. A second point on price, any customers buying a framed print are also paying for the service of FRAMING the artwork, as well as the frame. You'd be hard pressed to find a professional framer who would frame the same size artwork for under £100, let alone it come with original artwork inside.
A frustrating experience on both sides, but a resolution would have been easily found if given the chance.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I contacted Ian and asked if he would swap it at no extra cost, which he agreed to do as a kind gesture!

So happy with my picture
I saw some of the pictures at the Ideal Home show and really liked them. Jurassic park ones had already sold out but spoke to the artist & ordered online the next day.

Purchased 2 pictures a month apart and the frames are different so whilst the pictures are great the fact the frames don't match does make the pair look odd next to each other on the wall

Hello James, many thanks for your order and review.
Upon checking and confirming with yourself, you did not in fact place 2 orders directly with Fueled.art. Your Mother under her own name (and different surname) placed the initial order in December and in fact left a 5 Star review on Trustpilot. You placed a second order a few weeks later of which Fueled.art were not made aware of any link between the 2 orders. Because of this Fueled.art did not have a chance to ensure the 2 x A3 frames were identically matched.
Fueled.art uses a pool of frame suppliers and frames are sourced depending on availability at the time of order. If multiple framed prints are placed on a single order then of course the frames will match, but we can't be held accountable for differing frames on 2 separate orders by 2 different people weeks apart.
Fabulous Automotive Art.
High quality automotive artwork by fueled.art . My Classic Martini Racing Porche print arrived in good time and was printed on high-quality quality thick paper. Packaged very professionally so no damage occurred during the delivery process.
Confirmation email received after placing order and parcel tracking was straight forward to see and use.
I will definitely be a repeat customer as prices were reasonable aswell.
Visiting friends and family have commented on how great the picture looks.
