Burlwood & Lye are a visually creative design studio for Floor and Wall coverings. We have decades of experience within wood and rigid core (LVP) flooring sales, and have catered to varying sectors including; commercial, domestic and retail. Our spacious studio houses an unrivalled choice of styles in plank, and parquet formats that include herringbone, chevron and decorative design wall panels. We work closely with interior designers, construction teams and homeowners alike and our team are on hand to advise on best products to suit your needs and budget. Our USP is the large format displays of flooring which enables the customer to view the intricate patterns, textures and colour board variation of each product in its truest form. We also have a wide range of internal and external rugs for you to browse to compliment your flooring choice. We can even order bespoke rugs from our exclusive collection for those looking for something a little different - prefect for upscaling any décor. Finally we have flooring treatments on hand to complete the maintenance of your floor and paints and wallpaper which you can browse in our Library Room and create your own mood board to really pull your chosen design together. We hope to bring an immersive experience for choosing your floor so please come and see us as we really do have something for everyone!

Just fantastic

From start to finish, Burlwood and Lye were fantastic. They helped me bring my vision for my bedroom to life and genuinely experts in their field. The customer service was amazing, with prompt delivery. More than that, the store itself is just a great space to be in with a great array of options. Would highly recommend. A big thank you to Mel who helped us!

Stunning flooring displays

We are very happy with our new floor, we went with Vintage Oak from the Icona collection. They have large display panels in the showroom, so we were able to see lots of detail and get a true idea of what the floor would look like installed. Thank you Sarah and Mel for all help with our project and aftercare advice, we’ll be back for rugs!

Little Green paint

Burlwood & Lye have a great selection of Little Greene paint samples to purchase and the studio is a great place to visit if you are looking for flooring and wall inspiration.

Rezas rugs.

We visited Burlwood and Lye's studio to view the Rezas rugs they have on display. They have a great selection with large sample sizes so you can get a real sense of what the rug will look like. We were only looking for one but ended up buying two! The rugs were delivered quickly and they look amazing. Great knowledge and service from Mel and the Team

I have been looking for a new wood…

I have been looking for a new wood floor for ages but needed some expertise and advice as it was for an old house and the fitting was going to be complicated.
The Burlwood & Lye experience did not disappoint. The showroom itself is beautifully laid out with large samples of the flooring available so I got a proper idea of what my floor would look like.
Sarah explained fully the differences between solid wood, an engineered plank, laminate and SPC. She gave me great advice on suitability, installation and after care.
They also offered paint and rugs.
