I bought a lockable cap for a domestic oil tank, good quality. Unfortunately it did not fit, in spite of helpful advice. On returning the item I received a prompt refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding pricing and delivery. Unfortunately, our courier charges higher fees to ship to Northern Ireland, which impacts the final cost. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to assist!

very expensive

Svar från Fueldump
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the item expensive. The Sight Gauge Ball you purchased is an aluminium hollow part, precision ground and anodised to achieve its colour, ensuring it functions reliably as an engineered component designed to float in kerosene.
Typically, these balls are ordered as part of a sight gauge assembly, meaning customers usually don’t incur postage costs for just one item. In your case, the postage cost included not only shipping but also order processing, picking, and packaging.
We strive to deliver high-quality, precision-engineered products, and we hope this provides some context for the cost. However, we do appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience wasn’t as positive as we’d hope. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns or questions. FuelDump
