Worst customer service I've ever received. They sold me a $7000 system to run my water pump and sold me on the idea that it would be super plug and play and easy to do for anyone. If you're not a registered electrician and I've already installed solar systems in the past this place is not where you want to buy your stuff.

I now own a $7000 paperweight that doesn't work because they can't won't send anybody out to fix it.

i purchased 2 items from them on june 13th 2022 they were shipped on 06-15-2022. the first item a hybrid wind and solar control panel lasted about 2 to 3 weeks then the "main brain" mechanism went out it was defective. i contacted them and they replaced it but i had to pay shipping charges for the replacement.
last week 09-13-2022 the hot water heating element 12 volt 200 watts with adjustable thermostat stopped working. i un-installed it and tested it by hooking it directly to a brand new 12 volt D.C.battery and it didnt work. i contacted missori wind and solar and they stated i have to pay shipping both directions for a repalcement unit of lesser value or they would only issue a partial refund for the defectice item and would not stated how much.

BUYERS BEWARE THEY ONLY WARRANTY ANY ITEM THEY SELL FOR 30 DAYS..NO MORE. THEY SELL CHEAP ITEMS THAT DO NOT LAST....i will no longer do any more business with them ....please dont not take this for granted i have used wind and solar systems for a very long time and will never recommend this company to any one...of course they are gonna say ....blah blah blah blah blah....but i know how to properly install, regulate and use solar and wind system items....buy at your own risk you have been warned. i have filed a complaint with the B.B.B, because of the unprofessinal and unethical way they do business and treat thier customers...the below warrunty clause is straight from thier website and i am a coustomer who was sold a defective item that expected the company that sold me the defective item to be honest and professional ..and uphold the warrunty for the defective item as stated on thier own website.....

" 12.4 Limited Warranty MWS warrants its products free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of shipment. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of MWS. i am within the 90 day period of the shipping date and yet the sales manager stated " there is only a 30 day warraunty on the heating element".... this is a honest review about missori wind and solar ....they are very deceitful....and yes im filing complaints at other websites to inform the public of the way they handle business and poorly treat their clients....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..

yes i was upset when they stated they would not replace the defective item with the same item or would not refund the full price for the defective item.. and then me having to pay all shipping fees for a defective item that is still within the warraunty period of 90 days as stated on thier own website.....this is what type of service you will receive after they get your money and send you defective low quailty items.......i always try to give someone the benefit of doubt... so even after i read the negative reviews i decided to buy from them,, that was a big mistake on my part...never again..and if you read the responses from misery wind and soul..ess to the complaints filed against them they are all basicly the same responses .....they try to make the clients who file the negative complaints the bad party...just read the response from misery wind and soul...less and that informs you on how they treat the clients,,,..BUYERS BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED...ITS YOUR CHOICE NOW......peace and Gods speed to all of you.

I recently set up (for me) a large set up for pond bottom aeration. From 300 watt solar to a fan for Suntaque unit with 300 watt pure sine wave inverter to ET120 air-pump to DS4 diffuser. It has been running 3 days now and everything has been GREAT. I have worked with wind & solar (Crystal,Trevor,Sam,Ken) - they all have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a great install. Thank you and my 1 acre pond is very happy.

Purchased the SkyMax MPPT 40 Amp Charge Controller. Received it in excellent condition as it was packed very well. I’m using this with a couple of solar panels for emergencies. The Manuel is easy to understand and the controller is almost a plug and play. I’m happy with this product.

I purchased a 150 watt "power without battery system a year ago. Its been charging without failure ever since.
Although the instructions on this unit advised to keep it inside, I've been using mine outside, under cover, for a year : I'm very satisfied: daily, I'm charging 3 to five led light straps, phones, tablet, blue tooth ear buds, sometimes computer. I have a usb / 110V AC power strip plugged into the 150W invertor. Id definitely purchase another.

Further to my earlier review, 'Short Shipped', I have been trying to call MWANDS to try and get the items I am owed or a refund. Nobody answers the phone, they have blocked me on Facebook so I cannot send a message or make a comment, emails are ignored. They know they did not send my goods and are refusing to deal with it, the Owner refuses to stand by her responsibilities as a honest and respectable business person. Instead she behaves third rate, taking money from a customer, knowingly not supplying goods paid for and then hiding from the responsibility.

Don't be ripped off by her or her team because they are just as dishonest as she is, be careful dealing with them, they are not worth the hassle.

I very rarely write reviews online but I had a very informative and positive experience with Sam and wanted to share my experience.

One reason I'm sharing this is that I read up on this company before getting in touch. There are some posts here and in other places that made me pause.

I wanted to speak to someone, ask some hard questions and get a feel for any negative attitudes, non-responiveness or otherwise.

Not only was Sam extremely professional and patient in answering all of my questions but he also explained the mistakes I might be making in the configuration of components I had chosen for my wind application: my RV.

He explained and cautioned me with regards to where I had planned on locating my components. He cautioned me about heat concerns relative to the dump load installation.

We talked about exactly what I was hoping to get out a wind turbine system. He was honest we I told him I was planning on using this system in Northen AZ, where my observations show an average wind speed of 10-15mph.

In other words, he didn't try to sell me, pointed out that the components I selected that weren't necessary or would not work with what I was trying to.

He gave me all the details I need to understand what to buy and to really even consider whether the cost of the system is worth the energy I'll realize in that part of the country.

Couldn't have been a better experience in the decision making process I'm at now.

I've done IT my entire career so I feel like I've got a decent technical acumen for systems. Sam answered all my questions and gave me the information to make an informed decision.

I can't speak for anyone else's experience but I have read the other posts. My take-away is that wind power systems aren't as easy as solar, must have the right components in the system to protect when the wrong variables line up least when you expect it. It also appears that wind systems cost per produced watt is generally much higher than solar unless you are in a very high wind location. In my opinion, these are factors that you have to consider not as binary choices but qualitative factors.

They sold me a product and the base did not Mach the turbine. When I ask them to change the base they didn’t want to doit and ask me to drill the base to fix the issue which I did and now the turbine have a lot of vibration and don’t what to be responsable

I had some issues returning an item as it got lost in transit so was fretting about whether I would receive my refund or not. I used the online chat function and they refunded me the full money there and then. It really helped restore my confidence in using Trustpilot and I have had no regrets. Thank you Trustpilot.

Claimed unit is 1700 watts wind mill. I never seen more the 400 watts. Now they rate the same unit as 1600 watts lol. After about a year it failed because water puddles in the stator with no way to get out so corroded all the wires. They only give it a month warranty!!
