Withdrawals can indeed take days but once you play little more you will be moved to vip status and it will be processed within 24h.

Come da loro suggerito ho contattato il servizio clienti. Solite risposte di circostanza con motivazioni legate ad una loro politica aziendale, che cambia sempre a loro favore.....decisamente disgustoso il loro approccio con motivazioni a loro dire estremamente trasparenti (invito chi si approccia al sito a provare a leggere i loro regolamenti.....lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate, qualsiasi cosa succeda hanno sempre ragione loro e voi non avete mai, stranamente, compreso le regole....). State alla larga da questi personaggi, paradossalmente è più facile ottenere qualcosa da siti ufficiali nostrani che almeno non nascondono nulla e se vinci i soldi li prendi (esperienza personale).

Lasciate ogni speranza voi che giocate. Regole assurde, continue contraddizioni. Se usate i vostri soldi potete sperare in qualcosa ma se vi affidate ai bonus l'incuxxta è dietro l'angolo. Simulano vincite e come per miracolo vi sparisce tutto in un secondo. Racconto la mia esperienza: da giocatore incallito mi è capitato di fare vincite importanti (17.000€ una volta, 5000 € una seconda e l'ultima volta 24.000 € con un bonus), non sono mai riuscito ad incassarle completamente. Ti fanno venire l'ansia che spariscano.....e spesso spariscono e non capisci il perché....State lontani da questo sito, se dovete giocare giocate responsabilmente su siti sicuri, si vince meno ma almeno quando vinci i soldi li recuperi.
Dimenticavo, non date retta alla loro risposta automatica alle recensioni negative, anche quello fa parte del loro gioco. Se leggete bene quelle positive sono spesso di persone che hanno appena iniziato.....dopo un po ti rendi conto di chi sono. State alla larga, soprattutto il gioco online per voi può essere un problema.
