Ordered flowers for a bday, within seconds of placing order, scam and fraud calls started appearing on my phone. I contacted by card provider who checked the company out on Trustpilot ( something I should have done) . They blocked my card and advised me to attempt to contact From you flowers.
I called the customer support number, I was answered in India ( I knew then it was a scam) I requested my order cancelled. I was " transferred" to another person who advised my order was cancelled. This was all within 30 minutes of placing the order.
I contacted my card provider again and advised I had spoken to from you flowers and they advised the order was cancelled. I also advised I have no confidence in From you flowers to actually do anything. My card was cancelled, a new card issued and I requested a fraud investigation on the transaction. I have since been reimbursed by my card provider. Do not use From You Flowers Australia. Its an offshore scam. I was lucky I acted fast with my card provider. Be extremely sceptical of positive reviews posted on this and other sites. At no time has From you flowers .au addressed any concerns on this site regarding its services. Buyer beware

Flower size looked absolutely nothing like there website size missing chocolates card said happy birthday instead of happy mothers day sent a pic of the flowers in an email offered a $20 credit on next order said chocolates did get delivered.Never again would i buy or use this company such a VIP off flowers looked like a $20 coles bunch i paid $160 absolutely no accountability from this company do not use them.

I made a scheduled order on the 6th of May to arrive on the 9th before Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive on the scheduled date and was only delivered on the 13th of May.
To be honest, the flower bouquet that arrived did not reflect the price charged (around 100 AUD). The quality and presentation were quite disappointing for the amount paid.
I also reached out to customer service regarding both the late delivery and the quality of the bouquet, but I did not feel that my concerns were properly addressed or resolved.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the order was meant for Mother’s Day.

I ordered flowers for my mum in Rockhampton and they were not delivered on the scheduled date.
This was an important, time-sensitive gift, and the whole point of ordering flowers online was to make sure they arrived on the right day. By late afternoon, nothing had been delivered, and there was no helpful way to contact the company other than email.
Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this company again for any important delivery and would recommend using a local florist instead.

Just awful quality and delivery experience. Flowers were below average but the “gourmet” treats were 4 things I’d pick up at Coles for $10, a packet if digestive biscuits, rice crackers and cheap chocolate sticks. Truly pathetic for $140, plus the delivered 3 days late and left it out back

Extremely disappointed with my Mother’s Day order. I ordered the “Unforgettable” bouquet ($105) expecting a premium arrangement, however what arrived looked more like a small Woolworths bouquet. To make matters worse, it arrived 2 days after Mother’s Day and even included a Christmas card instead of a Mother’s Day card.
I understand delays can happen during busy periods, but if orders are arriving late, the quality should at least reflect what was advertised and paid for. I was also charged $20 shipping despite the company advertising free delivery Australia-wide, which made the experience even more frustrating.
I also reached out directly to give the business the opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving a public review, however it has now been two days without any response or acknowledgement.
Unfortunately, the arrangement received was nowhere near worth the price paid, and based on this experience I would not purchase from this company again.

My daughter (for mother's day) ordered the “Breathtaking Blooms in Mason Jar” arrangement in the “Unforgettable” size (the largest and most expensive option available) at a total cost of over $120. The website also advertised “free delivery,” with "no surprise fees at checkout" yet an additional $19.95 delivery fee was still charged during checkout.
Before delivery, we received an email stating substitutions had been made due to “unforeseen circumstances,” with reassurance that the replacement would be “equally exquisite and of the same or greater value.” Unfortunately, what arrived looked nothing like the premium arrangement advertised online. The flowers were significantly smaller (the bunch was the size of a side plate/saucer - approximately 13cm diameter), less full, and far less impressive than expected for the amount paid.
The order also claimed to include a “complimentary gift card.” Instead of a proper card, the message was typed onto a paper promotional flyer advertising 15% off future purchases and with the postage details (address and QR code) on the other side. For a gift delivery, this felt incredibly tacky and misleading.
I contacted the company immediately via email then phone, provided photographs, and attempted to resolve the issue professionally. After speaking with management, I was told that flower variations are “normal” and was offered store credit only - first $30, then $50 - despite clearly explaining that I did not want to purchase from the company again. No refund was offered, even though their own website states that partial or full refunds may be provided where appropriate.
I then followed up again in writing, referencing their published refund policy and attaching screenshots. At this point, I still have not received any meaningful response.
Based on my experience, I would never use this company again nor recommend them. I have serious concerns regarding the accuracy of the company’s advertising, pricing practices, and customer service. I would strongly recommend using a reputable local florist instead.

Oh, how I wish I’d looked for Trustpilot reviews before ordering. $137.45 spent on a product my daughter was too embarrassed to tell she had received on her return from hospital. ‘Unforgettable’ native Australian ‘bouquet’ which is unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. A bunch of leaves looking very unwell with a lone flower. A poll of ‘how much would you pay a florist?’ amongst friends and others resulted in responses ranging from ‘I wouldn’t’ to a sheepish ‘maybe $30 or $40’. Despite saying on the website that possible resolutions can include refund or replacement I have received a final offer of a $30 discount if I send them more money by placing another order. No wonder the website itself does not invite reviews. Avoid. Avoid at all costs. I have never reviewed anything before, but I hope that this review helps others to avoid similar pain and frustration.

I am honestly mortified and deeply embarrassed that these flowers were sent in my name.
I ordered them for one of my closest friends after the death of his wife of over 25 years and what arrived was completely unacceptable. The delivery was delayed and within days the flowers were dead, collapsing and rotting. It was genuinely shocking to see the state of them.
At such a heartbreaking time, the last thing somebody grieving should have to deal with is throwing away disgusting flowers that were meant to bring some comfort. I felt awful that this was the arrangement my friend received from me.
What has made this even worse is the company’s complete lack of accountability and care afterwards. The response has been cold, dismissive and completely lacking in compassion.
After reading other reviews, it is obvious this is not an isolated incident. I genuinely do not understand how a company providing bereavement flowers can continue trading whilst delivering products of this quality and treating customers this badly.

The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for mother's day and they were not delivered. After 12hrs I finally got someone to answer my on line chat. They refused delivery stating the address was incorrect. One line was in the wrong box but the address still visible. They refused a refund but said they would redeliver if I paid a fee. I confirmed the address and asked them to confirm the new agreed delivery date. Another 24 hrs later I'm still waiting. Absolutely shocking service. So I am now out of pocket, no mother's day flowers, zero customer service,no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and deliver nothing.

Absolutely awful! There were 2 flowers in the arrangement and the rest was greenery and it looked terrible. It was delivered to the post office and not the address given. Do not use this company!!

I made an order, five minutes later saw the litany of one star reviews and swiftly contacted customer service to cancel. The order was cancelled, and I asked for a refund. So far, they have only offered pathetic alternatives and have not confirmed my refund.
They have stolen my money, I will be pursuing them legally in accordance. This company is a SCAM and breaking the law. Avoid them, shop with a local florist instead. All the photos on the website are AI anyway.

Placed an order for Mother’s Day to be delivered on the 10th of May to my mum’s work. Received an email this morning saying delivery was moved to the 8th. I called their customer service centre only a few hours after receiving the email to advise this is not suitable as no one will be at the office to receive the flowers. Asked for delivery date to be reinstated to the 10th as ordered or the address to be changed. The representative was not helpful at all and just kept repeating her script. She said the delivery cannot be changed at all. I asked for a refund and she said this was not possible. I requested to speak to a supervisor, she said she would check with them. She advised that her supervisor said they “may be able to cancel the order” but it would be 24-48hrs to know. I replied this would leave me two days to organise alternative arrangements if needed. I asked to speak with this supervisor and she said they don’t have a direct line to management and that managers don’t take calls. Had to lodge a reversal request through my bank. Super unhelpful staff and a waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs. After this interaction, I researched the company and found it is a shell company for Bloomex Flowers which have had lawsuits from the ACCC due to false and misleading information.

Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!. I ordered flowers and they took over a week to arrive, which defeats the whole purpose. I rang multiple times daily for over a week to enquire yet they were unable to provide reasons & would ‘follow up with warehouse’ I’ve requested a refund several times and still haven’t received one. The flowers received were dead in a box. I ordered a vase. No vase. Terrible couple with zero empathy or support. Very disappointing service—definitely would not recommend.

Incredibly unprofessional. Ordered multiple orders. All were late and they called the recipients to say they would be late. They promised a box of chocolates and sent a single cracker.
Their business is terrible, the bouquets were inadequate and nothing like the pictures.

If I could put negative stars I would! I organised a $150 bouquet to be sent to my Mum for her 70th birthday. The flowers did not arrive on the delivery day I requested, which when I ordered, was an available day for delivery. When I rang to ask where the delivery was, they said there was a delay and the order would be delivered the next day, so 3 days after I asked them to be delivered. The lady on the phone told me she had added a gourmet item to the order for the inconvenience. When I asked for a refund, she said 'we don't do that', when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said 'we don't have supervisors'. The flowers were delivered, it had 3 stems and greenery, the mason jar that came with the arrangement I choose was too small to fit even a small arrangement in, and the so called gourmet item, was a packet of Arnotts Milk Coffee biscuits. To say I am livid, is an understatement. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I ordered the PICK-ME-UP BOUQUET IN MASON JAR. They charged me an extra $6.95 as Tax added on. I wrote to them asking them to refund this tax because there’s no added tax to purchases in Australia. No response from them. However, they did write to let me know that they didn’t have the flowers I ordered and they would send a substitute. They also wrote that they weren’t able to offer me same-day delivery as their website advertised, instead, they would deliver five days later. Terrible service. Awful flowers not as advertised. Any erroneously charged me extra without responding to my multiple emails. Do not use this company.

Ordered flowers on Friday morning at 7:30 with same day delivery.
After nothing turned up by 4pm I emailed and asked for an updated delivery time.
Got a reply on Saturday saying they don’t know and will have to get back to me as they are using a local supplier.
After chasing them up again on Sunday I was told they will be delivered on Tuesday.
As these flowers were for my wife who was home from work sick on Friday to try and cheer her up, getting delivered Tuesday was a waste of time.
I asked them to Cancel and refund the order, they refused saying the order was already on its way.
I got notice Monday afternoon from Aus Post that a Shipping Label had been created, so they obviously weren’t “already on the way”.
Can’t believe anything they say.
