What I ordered via the website, was not what was delivered. It’s was absolutely shocking. I have no words to explain how pathetic the delivered item was. (I ordered a beautiful bouquet - the delivered item was a wilted, half dead rose and a piece of fern).
Then, when I reached out to them explaining the situation, they could not have cared any less…..they also went AGAINST all of their own “terms & conditions” in their refund policy.
PLEASE RETHINK EVER USING THIS SERVICE!

I ordered on a Friday morning because the website advertised same-day delivery. It wasn't until after my payment was taken that I was told the flowers would actually be sent by overnight courier and delivered on Monday. If I'd known that beforehand, I would have ordered elsewhere.
The flowers were then marked as delivered, but the recipient never received them. I was told they had been left in a "safe place", yet they could not be found.
When I requested a refund, I was told I had to wait for a courier investigation, despite paying for an order that was never received. I was also promised updates but haven't received any.
Misleading delivery information, poor communication, and no accountability when something goes wrong. I won't be ordering from Bunches & Stems again.

This is an absolute rort! I ordered these flowers whilst living in Victoria to have them delivered to my friend in Southport Qld. This absolutely looks like a bricks and mortar website. I am not a stranger to ordering flowers online, I do it regularly. I chose this site because I assumed that they would be delivered to my grieving friend today. I wanted them delivered today so I could show some sort of support from another state. When I contacted them because they sent an email to say they had tried to deliver them and apparently couldn't get in touch with my friend to verify her address. I've never heard of such rubbish! If this was a legitimate shop they would of known by the card attached to the order that it was from a grieving friend to a grieving widow! When I phoned,it was definitely an offshore call centre, who couldn't understand what I was saying. I have followed it up with 2 emails, one mentioned that if my order wasn't delivered by tomorrow I would go to consumer affairs. I've heard nothing since. Late today I had a notification in my Australia Post app, it's the flowers being delivered by Star Track! Supposedly on Monday or Tuesday. Can you imagine the state of the 'fresh flowers' by then. Not only am I devastated that I have lost a friend but I am devastated by the lack of empathy and that this company is happy to take your money (in my case $102) but seemingly has no accountability for getting the order delivered on the day selected. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered for same day delivery, got the same excuse as they seem to use with everyone that it’s out of stock or has to come from a different facility. Has been handed to just a normal courier, so I know the flowers will not be in the correct temperature. Tracking states delivery not till Monday (ordered Wednesday), contacted them multiple times today they assured me would be delivered today (Thursday) yet still nothing.

The flowers were not delivered on the booked day. Next day I received an email that Leura is not their delivery area. There was no such message when I ordered the flowers and clearly indicated address in Leura. Then the message came that a Gourmet item is included as an apology for late delivery. It was a packet of chips. The flowers came in a parcel, not as a bouquet. 2 days later I was receiving confusing messages that the parcel is still in a transit.

Wish I had of researched reviews before I ordered with this bunch of SCAMMERS!!! I recieved an email to say the bouquet I ordered wasn't available with their partner site and my order would be substituted, not good enough so I requested a refund. Was told I would be issued a refund, asked that confirmation be sent of refund, when not received, I called them, was told I would recieve an email for request of refund, I had to reply to that email and then it would be escalated to management. Told them it was a load of bs and I recieved an email that offered me a store credit, a different bouquets, different name, different delivery location, different delivery date, everything you can think of EXCEPT a refund. I requested to be transferred to a manager, she told me my call would be returned in 5 minutes, no call back, when I went to call them again, there was 5 blocked scam calls in my call log from a Sydney number, when calling that number the automation at the start of the call says it is "Bloomex" every single operator you talk to is Indian. Do not order from them. You will lose your money. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would, this has been the worst experience i have ever had with a florist. I found and ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a teddy bear and chocolates for my partner as an anniversary present. Less than an hour after my order being placed, I was contacted via email saying the bouquet I ordered was out of stock. I understand things like this happen and flowers come in and out of season. They said they would provide a replacement but didn't list what the replacement would be. I emailed asking if a refund would be possible as the order had just been placed and I know my partner is picky in what they do and don't like which is why i picked something i knew they would like. I was told a refund couldn't be processed as the order was already in the processing stage (seems very quick considering at this point I only ordered about one hour ago). I emailed back saying I understand, would I be able to cancel the order and they can keep the money and again was told that they couldn't process anything as the order was in the processing stage. When I asked for a phone number to call or a location to visit and discuss to better understand policies etc I was told they could only communicate via email. I understand I should have done more research on the company and the reviews before purchasing the product but I don't understand how you can already have a order passed the point of being able to have a refund or cancellation after only an hour has passed since ordered and why you can only communicate via email and not phone call etc. The emails I was receiving were clearly from a bot and when I tried to contact them via the online chat, I was waiting for over 30mins to be connected to an agent.

Awful service. The bouquet that arrived was completely different from what was ordered — couple of miserable flowers with the hole of absent others in the middle. When contacted them, didn’t want to return money and were trying to confirm it’s the same; promised to deliver the other one as a compensation but the recipient never got it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone: beware of their services.

This is the WORST company, don't use them. Its a scam company. They pretend they can't find your order and that the delivery address etc is wrong. They offer no refund and you never get your flowers. They don't answer the phone or emails.

My Mother placed an order online for a delivery of flowers for my birthday. After the date had passed for the scheduled delivery, she received a message saying I was outside of their delivery area, but they would arrange for the flowers to be sent 3 days after the missed date. They also apologised that the florist could not provide the selected bouquet, but would substitute with a mixed bunch. The message also mentioned they would be including a complimentary "gourmet" item with my flowers to make up for this. The gourmet item included was a $2 packet of BBQ rice crackers. (Seriously??? WTF!) I wish I could include photos so you could see how pathetic the tiny posy of flowers was. The flowers didn't even go together. I am furious that $100 was wasted, and what should have been a lovely surprise ended up being such a source of disappointment.

I ordered and paid for flowers 6 days ago for delivery today.
They are being sent via Startrack couriers from Brisbane to Mackay. They are currently sitting in far north qld somewhere and my workmate doesn't have her birthday flowers today. Flowers shouldn't come in the mail.
I called customer service 3 times and they never got back to me. What's worse, the last one hung up on me. I was crying and asking for a refund which they won't give me.

My daughter organised flowers for my birthday, specifically choosing this florist because the website clearly advertised next‑day delivery, including Saturdays. After placing the order, she was advised that because I live regionally, I was outside the guaranteed delivery area and the courier would not deliver until the following Tuesday. While frustrating, she accepted this — especially as the florist offered a complimentary upgrade with “something gourmet” as a gesture.Unfortunately, what arrived was far below any reasonable standard.The “gourmet upgrade” consisted of a single packet of crackers that was partially opened. The overall presentation, as shown in the photos on other review sites, was extremely poor. My daughter essentially paid for one flower and a bunch of leaves, with no resemblance to the arrangement advertised online. For the price charged, this was unacceptable.The combination of misleading delivery information, a substandard arrangement, and an opened food item presented as a “gourmet upgrade” reflects very poorly on the business. This was meant to be a thoughtful birthday surprise, but instead it was a deeply disappointing experience.I hope the florist reviews their quality control, product descriptions, and customer service commitments so other customers do not experience the same.

This is the worst florist/flower experience of my life. I ordered same day delivery for my friend's 60th birthday, but the flowers didn't arrive until the day after. The flowers were wilted and in serious distress and the glass jar they came in was cracked. And the flowers were left at the front gate for the elements to destroy further. Forget their after sales service, it is a complete joke and a waste of your time. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, anywhere but Bunches and Stems!

HEARTLESS FLOWERS, DELIVERED 1 WEEK LATER - DO NOT USE if I could give less than 1star I would.
Searched for flower delivery - next day for a specific suburb as very important because the flowers were to be delivered before the funeral to the recipients home.
On the website on Thursday I selected a sympathy bunch, & delivery address in Newcastle for next day delivery which was very important.
Received an email next day informing me won’t be delivered until the following Tuesday as delivery is outside there delivery area! WHAT THE F*** I replied to the email requesting cancellation & refund was told unfortunately we can’t as they have been dispatched already for Shipping to courier. SO THEY SIT AT A DISPATCH CENTRE for 4 days even before collecting.
Get another email this morning on Wednesday - the day after the funeral (flowers should have been delivered yesterday) track delivery check to see & still in transit for ESTIMATED DELIVERY THURSDAY!
So didn’t arrive for the recipient before the funeral day as I wanted. Missed the funeral day & still waiting………to be delivered!
