Had the terries orange chocolate gateaux.
Each of my family members all said the same, the best dessert we’ve had.
Super light, great texture and a lovely taste. The powder and chocolate sauce to top it off, was also a nice touch.

I spent £60 on three cakes and postage
You would have thought delivery would not be offered if couriers were not reliable
Yes it's near Christmas but it was offered as a delivery slot
I'm afraid we all feel very let down
If they had been any good they would have been our first go to for birthdays and celebrations

Wonderful experience from start to finish Thank you !! this is my second time ordering and wasn’t disappointed yet again, the desserts are delicious I went for the white chocolate pyramid they are so tasty. They’re for Christmas but I couldn’t help myself I had to try one. The packaging is beautiful love that it’s all 100% recyclable. Love all the small details that’s gone into everything 10/10 definitely be ordering again after Christmas. Highly recommend!!!

Avoid this company
Ordered my cake weeks before Christmas. Only to be told on day of delivery it isn't arriving and its going to be destroyed by dpd well thats if you believe that? I bet someone from dpd is take my £26 cake home for their family. My grievance is i dont have the option of an alternative as i do not drive and live in a village miles from anywhere where i could buy a decent cake. So it has really spoilt my Families Christmas. I explained this to them thinking if they refund me and possibly offer me a cake on the 29th as they could deliver as a goodwill gesture. They where not interested at all. They could of tried to make me feel better about the situation and not feel so let down by them. I just do not have an alternative option to get a cake!!!! Negative review from me i would say avoid this company they will let you down!!!

I've looked in to your particular case and can see that you were offered a refund or a replacement, but that you were looking for a full refund and a replacement too. Unfortunately, this is not something we would be able to do; we simply cannot issue full refunds on top of full replacements and if we offered this to you, we would have to offer this to every customer who experienced a delivery issue which is simply not feasible.

Brought a box of 6 cheesecakes for my brother for his birthday. Was delivered on time, frozen & packaged brilliantly and my brother told everyone of them was delicious.
Would highly recommend as a gift which is a bit different, especially cheesecake lovers

Well it's the 23rd Dec, and I've literally just been advised that myborder will not be here for Christmas. So I'll now have to go and find an alternative. Not acceptable service. Will not be using again, very disappointing.

Why is this company sending out marketing emails before Christmas when it cannot fulfil them and is clearly overwhelmed.
Order not dispatched, no response by email, phone just cut-off …… customer service is laughable.

Cant rate this company high enough. Definitely recommend these puddings. Great size puddings put in microwave from frozen, they come out of pots very easy. Will definitely order again.

I ordered white chocolate cheesecake, and it was delicious, only 2 complaints need my white chocolate variety(white chocolate brownies??)
And more variety for gluten free or vegan, other than that I highly recommend this for people who love desserts

Best cheesecake from the #1 cheesecake lover
Thank you so much for such an efficiently timed delivery, well packaged and tasty product. The cheesecakes were purchased to celebrate a special birthday, and cake didn't suffice for a particular cheesecake lover! Friends and family especially loved the Grand Ambassador (Ferrero Rocher) cheesecake and asked where we'd purchased it from. Overall, a 10 out of 10 and will recommend to friends and family.
