Very sweet
Great idea. Definitely was like having a resturant wuslity dessert. Delivery and packaging extremely good. A clearer use by date would be helpful. Pastry excellent chocolate great just a bit too much caramel making the tart just a bit to sweet ti a point where we all struggled to eat a whole tart. We added cream which cut though the sweetness. Will use you again.

Ordered a Ferrero cheesecake for…
Ordered a Ferrero cheesecake for Christmas it arrived but served it up Christmas Day and it was disgusting tasted like buttercream that had gone off. Complained to Siobhan to be told it’s one of her favourites it’s funny how they have been removed from there list of desserts to be told that they had sold out to me that shows they are not fresh when sent out, never again will I buy from Frodeli again wasted money and they are not cheap either

Ordered for Christmas but due to delay…
Ordered for Christmas but due to delay packages were destroyed and replacements delivered. Could not fault company they got back to us the same day we contacted them, they couldn't apologise enough even though it was out of there control. We were offered a refund but decided to stay with original order as it was for birthday. They went down a treat and I have passed company's information on and I will share on Facebook as well. Excellent service 10 out of 10 🙂

Buy buy buy you will not be disappointed.
I bought 2 boxes of individual cheesecakes from here... OMGOSHHH they were amazing!
Not only in taste, the size is just right, (as a new healthy eater perfect little treat size) the comms and delivery was exciting awaiting my dry ice package with freshly made goodies ( they were perfect when they arrived )
I shall DEFINITELY be buying from them in future
I had red velvet and creamy vanilla!
Can't wait to try the others.

First time using frdeli and I have to…
First time using frdeli and I have to admit I was a tad anxious...but I was balled over when my cakes arrived!!! Really well packaged, wrapped in ice packs and padding.. and the quality and taste were amazing!!!!! Will definitely be buying again!!!!

Never received my order
Never received my order. Customer service was giving conflicting information.We was left high and dry with no cake for Christmas day. No offer of a gesture of goodwill. This would have certainly made us feel better about this company. Unfortunately due to this i could not recommend this company and i will never use them again. I was offered a replacement fir the 29th Dec.....this is after the event so was no good. According to Frodeli only 10% of their customers did not receive their orders so a gesture of good would surely have make good business sense, i believe its called a loss leader. It has to be better than all the negative reviews they are recieving which are far more damaging than sending the 10% a goid will gesture. I had asked for this because i recieved an email saying it out for delivery. Then one saying my cake had been destroyed!!! Then john from customer service contacted me saying that i should definitely receive my cake the following day 23rd. So i was all excited again to recieve this cake and stopped panicking.Then i was contacted with " sorry this wasn't meant for you" hence why i felt so aggrieved by this whole situation. I will leave negative reviews wherever i can regarding this company. They seem not to be bothered about their customers. Looking after your customers in this world goes along way. I work in the public sector and if i followed suit i would find myself in alot of trouble

Unfortunately, the recent Royal Mail strikes have created a strong impact during a peak time for couriers; parcels that would normally be sent with Royal Mail are being sent with DPD instead and this has caused some of their depots to become overwhelmed with parcel volumes. Please accept our sincere apologies on behalf of the courier - we feel deeply disappointed and upset that we are unable to deliver the Frodeli experience to you at this time. We're so sorry that your order has been impacted in this way.
I've looked in to your particular case and can see that in the email chain, you were offered a refund or a replacement, but your response states that you wanted a full refund with a full replacement order too, not a 10% goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, this is not something we would be able to do; we simply cannot issue full refunds on top of full replacements and if we offered this to you, we would have to offer this to every customer who experienced a delivery issue which is simply not feasible.
Unfortunately, we don't have anybody who works here called John, and I'm unable to see an email where we've advised ''Sorry this wasn't meant for you'', so couldn't advise on this, I'm afraid.
