Great product
We have had the fridge friend for a couple of weeks. The contents in the crisper are definitely staying fresher for longer. Can recommend this product. We will also take the fridge friend in our caravan when we go on extended trips.

A close friend of mine put me onto…
A close friend of mine put me onto these I use them in my fridge at home and my fridge in the caravan. The veges and fruit keep a very long time. I should have been using these before as I found back then things did not last very long.

Gave it a shot on chance, and glad I did!
I thought I'd give this a shot, and I'm glad I did! It genuinly works really well. I threw one in my fruit/veg tray at the bottom of my fridge and immediately I noticed the difference. My strawberries last 1-2 weeks, compared to just 1-2 days previously. Mind blown.
Bananas, they age slower but they still fully brown - interestinly though, the inside of the banana is super fresh though, not bruised or soft. So although the banana goes brown, it's perfectly edible. This was not the case before Fridge Friend.
So yes, if you're umming and ahhing about getting this, I would. The fact that it's reusable as well, with just a quick zap in the microwave every 6 months, is awesome. I realise my reviews sounds like a sales and marketing post, hahaha. But anyway, I really like this and have now bought some for my sister and my parents. I'm yet to check-in with them for their results, but I'm sure it'll be just as good a result as me!

I was sceptical at first
I was sceptical at first, but I am genuinely seeing fruit and veg last longer in my fridge. Usually fresh herbs only last days, I have had mint & coriander last for 2 weeks and I have done nothing different. Worth every penny I paid for them

Does what it says on the tin!…
I was sick of throwing out veggies cause they didnt stay fresh and mold free. So i saw the ads for Fridge Friend and thought i would give it a go. It Works. I had a cut capsicum in the veggie draw and no slime. It was as fredh as when i cut it. Fridge Fruend does what it says on the tin!

2. Placement matters – Fridge Friend works best near your fresh produce. If it’s tucked away on the top shelf or door, it may not be as effective.
3. Fridge airflow – Good circulation and smart storage can make a big difference. A crowded fridge may limit performance.
4. Timing – The minerals inside can take a few days to fully activate and create noticeable changes—especially in larger fridges.
5. Insufficient number of Fridge Friends – As you only purchased one unit, it may not be sufficient to manage the ethylene, bacteria, and excess moisture present in your fridge.
It’s also worth noting that factors such as the freshness of your food to begin with, how often the fridge is opened, and local climate conditions can all play a role.

Bought my Fridge Friends for the caravan and thought I would test them out in our home fridge first….Great! Fruit and veg are lasting way longer than ever before….needless to say they won’t be leaving to go on holidays in the van….think I’m going to need a few more.

Great product
My only criticism would be the Velcro to hold it to the fridge could be better desgined because it isn't very firm. That is my only criticism because for the job it is designed to do it works really well. Removes odours and keeps food fresher for longer. I will be buying again

They Work
I was a little sceptical when I found out about Fridge Friend but went ahead after seeing Lifestylepioners suggest them. I got 4 units, 2 for the home and 2 for our caravan. I installed them in my fridge at home and they are working well. No ouders in the fridge and my vegies seem to be lasting longer.
I have not installed them in the van as yet as we unfortunately have not had a break. All in all I am very happy with them.

Vegetables staying fresher for at least a week
Vegetables which are prone to early spoiling are fresh for significantly longer. For example, those small bunches of shallots from the supermarkets usually don't last long. Fridge Friend adds a good week to initial "freshness". The Fridge Friend clearly does absorb the "ripening" gas, ethylene. We have yet to try in our 40 l camping fridge (which is why we bought them), but expect great results based on performance in a normal household fridge. Yes, recommended.

Great product
Being sceptical from purchases not living up to the ‘glossy’ advertising I wasn’t sure about fridge friend though the science behind the concept seemed solid… after using it now for 1 month I’m sold , definitely keeps fruit and veggies fresher longer than before I used the product and there’s a clean odour rather than a melding of food odours. Payment options are great too. Will be purchasing another one soon.
