We have used Fresh Finance a few times over the years and have always been happy with their service. This time however, they exceeded our expectations and were so professional and conscientious throughout our whole remortgage process. Allanya was on the ball at all times keeping us informed and if she was busy then Debbie kept us up to date. Whenever we had a query they chased it up straight away and always got back to us within 24 hours but most of the time less than that. They were up front and honest about their fees and even took a look at an existing insurance policy to check for cover and told me it was fine for the amount we were borrowing. Another company would of used that as an opportunity to sell us another policy but they were honest and clear. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Allanya Booth we will be in touch in about 4 and half years!
