Fresh finance work hard to ensure their customers needs are met because they listen and respect them.

My mortgage has been managed by fresh finance for some time now.. I am nearing the end of my mortgage soon, and they have been very helpful, supportive in helping me during my time with them.
Allanya has sorted my next phase of my mortgage as it needed to be reviewed. And found me the best deal, kept me up to date with deals that were going, and the changes to interest rates and secured me the best for my needs and the final years that I have left.
Answered all my questions and queries and was always on the end of the phone if I needed to get in touch.
Very happy with the service.

I can't speak highly enough about the treatment i have had with Fresh Finance Ltd. I spoke to James Rank initially, who was very knowledgeable in everything to do with Mortgages, remortgages, life insurance etc........ and very understanding with what i needed in terms of my remortgage and my Life Insurance. He put me in touch with the best deals available on the market and got me the best deals i could possibly get with both issues!! I was well and truly pleased with the outcome, all thanks to their great service, help and advice.
Throughout the whole process until completion, I have been dealing with Eve McFarlane, the Mortgage & protection administrator who has been absolutely incredible in every step of the way! she has a great sense of humour, very easy to talk to and is extremely good at her job. Any issues that i have had, Eve gave me the right information to get everything sorted or she would make the calls herself to get things done that needed to be done. I could not thank them enough and would definitely recommend their company to anyone looking to get a Mortgage, Remortgage, Life Insurance etc..........

Just completed on my re-mortgage with Fresh Finance Group and wow.
What a flawless process from start to finish. They were on the ball with applying for my mortgage 6 months in advance to get the best rates available at the time. I received regular calls from Eve keeping me up to date with interest rate changes which they monitor and I was lucky to have a drop in rate before I completed.
Never had the need to call them as they took care of everything, updating me throughout the process right until completion.
