This company is a disgrace, do not buy anything from them, they send poor quality goods then refuse delivery on return rendering my claim for refund fruitless. A disgraceful company to deal with .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a key ring, then ordered 2 more (same day) due to arrive 12/06/25. Received first order 12/11, but not the second as of 12/27.

Would not provide an estimated delivery date or tracking number for my order - I’m tired of waiting months for stuff that originates in China or some other overseas warehouse

I’m not going to just cross my fingers and hoping it shows up sometime this year

Do not purchase from this company they overcharged me $16.57 usd. The sandals I got don't fit & are dubious quality. I bought from Fresheight on PayPal it became Banbain trading then on my bank account they were Weytodd shop.

We ordered a Christmas banner for our garage door that was supposed to be blue with Christmas bulb ornaments on it and was supposed to fit across a two car garage. We received a probably 4x4 piece of material with a reindeer and Santa. When I contacted them for a return and refund they refused and said the items looked right to them, even when I included the pictures. They wanted to give us $12 compensation even thought we spend $60 on this item. Complete scam!

I recently purchased this item and found it to be quite satisfactory. The build quality seems good, materials used appear durable, and the overall performance matches my expectations. Although not perfect, it serves its purpose effectively, making it a reasonable addition to my collection. Im pleased with it.

Their sizes for their shoes don’t match the standards. We ordered from them, but the sandals were too small. They refused to issue a full refund “because the warehouse is in China and the shipping is too expensive” and offered $8 max “compensation”.

I never received the product. I paid for shipping to send another pair and they said they never receive payment. So no product an no refund. ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder @42.28, got a piece of junk bird feeder not worth a dollar !!! Apparently the company is in the UK, the tracking was all in Finland, & the writing on the outside of the package which took a month to receive was all in Chinese !!! Just look at the reviews, this is a SCAM !!! Useless to try to contact the company in the UK. RIPOFF !!!

They sent me a pressure washer, that couldn't even be charged! How can I use it if it doesn't get any power?!? Further, they INSISTED they sent me the right thing! Finally,..They REFUSED to give me a refund!

Do not order anything from this company. The quality is deceiving and you can’t send anything back for a full refund. You will get a runaround for days.

I bought what I thought was a 2 in 1 high pressure washer to remove dirt from my patio. The product arrived after a few weeks. The money was converted from American dollars to Australian. Not worth what I paid $46.44 including postage. When I sent them a number of emails complaining. They insulted me by offering 3 US dollars.The water pressure was weak. After I sent a video of the product leaking. They sent me a short video of how it works. These guys are crooks stay away from them. I would give half a star but you can only put 1 star here.

I have one star because I had to .I'm tired of these crooks stealing money out of my bank account when I don't have a whole lot to live on this. It is if you guys want money get your asses up and go get a job

I did not order from this company but they took money from my account . Watch out people…And be careful with this other online selling company on face book . The name is Haulinferen. Haulinferen and Fresheight are one. Scammers!!!!

Placed an order beginning of March. Had overseas tracking for a month when I queried. I have emailed and had vague acknowledgements. No response at all to the last two emails.

Quit charging my card!! I have never heard of this company.

They are absolutely terrible. I placed an order in error, I emailed them exactly 5 minutes later to please cancel, I then get told to wait 24hrs for the customer team to get back to me. I’m speaking g to robots all the time and they tell me SORRY ITS BEEN SHIPPED

My daughter wore these gloves to prom and it added a special touch to her dress. I would order it again.
