1 of the watches I received wouldn't charge so I contacted customer service & they replaced it right away which I appreciated. It works & I was able to set it up. I like it alot

Received them quickly, but won't connent to my Samsung S10....not happy.....someone should state that before people buy them....I am just waiting on a reply back....see what they say....I was really looking forward to using them....bought one for myself and one for my hubby 😔🙁 hopefully I can get it resolved.

The Smart watch I bought for my sister was a big hit. She loves it She puts it on first thing in the morning. It keeps her .moving. It tracks her Steps,blood pressure and heart rate. She thinks it's awesome.

Wish the heart rate was more visible throughout the day instead of having to ask

Received my order however unable to connect.Used the tutorial kept on saying disconnected.Then come to find out does not connect to Samsung
phones.Does not state that anywhere in ad so wasted my money.Requested a refund but appear to be making excuses.So if you have a Samsung phone not compatible.

Only received the watch two days ago but seems to be working ok, touch is a little bit sensitive and wants to scroll through menu instead of opening items

Received my watch in about three weeks, easy to set up and get working, trouble is it is very sensitive, whenever I want to check the time it keeps scrolling through all the options, after recharge ok for a short time then goes crazy again, but check everything on my phone and results seems fairly accurate, so will persevere.

I ordered these watches a couple of months ago and I still have not received them. I informed them of this issue and they solved it immediately!

From China 12/15/20, tracking info with link received the same day! Arrived in Canada customs 12/23/20. Cleared and delivered 12/30/20. ..👍👍👍👍👍

I look forward to receiving these watches I purchased for my daughters birthday. I will update this when they arrive. I give this 4 stars due to the generous and courteous conversation I've had with smart brand on this matter. Again, I will change it along with my review when my watches come as I cannot review a product when I don't actually have it.

Got 2 of the three watches. Work great! Battery lasts quite a while! I shared and recommended them. Two friends already bought today! Would do it again!!

This is the second Smartband upgrade I have received & I am totally satisfied with its workmanship & reliability.

The service at the smart Band watches from Andreah was incredible. She helped me from beginning to end. I was having a problem placing my order, she helped me with my order. Received my watches but wanted to order 2 more. Placed my order but had a problem with Canadian funds, so they reimbursed my money. Then to top it all off I received an email from Andreah regarding this matter, she offered to send me the watches at no cost. Such an amazing company. To offer to help out their clients with no questions asked. I’m very impressed with the smart band watches company 👍

I gave it four only because the instructions are very hard to read, the product itself is wonderful, works great speedie delivery.

Ordered this watch for me, Waited so long I bought one from another company and I love my new watch, I was going to give my son this watch for Christmas but of could not give it to him for Christmas. Came a week later, Not pleased with the way it needs to be charged. Have to pull the strap off the watch to put it usb charger which did not come with watch. Not at all pleased
