Over 30 days and still havent received product. The tracking doesnt provide any information. Paid for express shipping.

Never came with charger I was upset about that should of told me or I would of save more money to get a Samsung one or Apple that comes with charger now they spec me to pay more for a charger

This watch works great. My only complaints are the ads on the app that it connects to and it won't connect to google fit

The watch took a bit of time to get to me due to shipping issues at customs, but it's a very comfortable watch with a nice appearance. Touch is a bit sticky sometimes but all in all it is really great. Can't beat the price! Thanks so much!!!

The watch I got does not work. It won’t turn on. I have tried to charge it but only black useless screen. I am very disappointed.

Received on time and functioning however i'm disappointed in the fact that it didn't come with a charger or intructions

Not all that accurate for bpm, hr. Not sure about oxygen sensor. But very easy to work and charge. Excellent for sports and steps.

Doesn't work 1/2 the time. Heart rate not accurate although blood pressure is close. Doesn't always measure steps. doesn't show heart rate mst of the time.

Bought this watch not realising needed special charger. Ordered charger and 3 weeks later received an mini electric toothbrush. Tried to resolve this but no answers, NOT IMPRESSED. Will not be buying from here again

I love my smart band watch. I love how it fits my wrist and comfortably!
Its accurate and keeps me informed of any notifications i get, phone calls, and text messages! I Love them!

Watch would not connect to the Fitpro App on Latest Samsung or Huawei phones found on old phone which did connect but the App threw up adverts every time it changed screen.
Not so smart watch.

After living with this watch for a few weeks i have to give it a big downgrade. as in stay away this watch is not worth the price of $0.

Only hold charge for less that two days and with the requirement to dismantle the awkward band this is annoying.

Ui is intermittent, most sub pages like message etc are unavailable now. it get keeps rolling to next screen without opening the sub oage,

I mostly like this watch. Good sized display not too heavy like some I have used.
Biggest down side is the band. Difficult to use clasp and excess band tucks underneath very awkward to use. Also taking band apart to charge is a bit cumbersome.

Also find the watch face and UI a lil to finicky to use could be just me Hopefully will get used to it

This is the worse watch I have found so far. I have high blood pressure at 180/90-220/100 and at the same time this watch told me it was 110 /50. That is so dangerous. Wanted my postage back but no one got back to me

Purchased January 10, 2021. Received in a few weeks from a fulfillment center. No information about company's physical address.

My actual recent experience has been very disappointing :

1) The watch and 2 watchband pieces constantly disconnected

2) The watchband is way too big for me when I could occasionally get it together without falling apart. Even using the last hole in the strap, the watch hung too loose on my wrist to function. I tried sliding the watch up my arm when it was holding together, and one piece of the band or the other disconnected.

3) The information / operating sheet was on a tiny piece of paper with EXTREMELY SMALL print that I, with 20/20 vision, had trouble reading even with a very strong magnifying glass.

4) Because of the preceding problems, I was unable to get any meaningful data from this watch with alleged health data.

I would very much like to return this item, but am having difficulty getting a response from freesmartband.com

First it wasnt working but after i get new charger it works great and costumer service is very helpful. So ty so much :)

I find my purchase is all that it says took me a while to suss out how to pair it up with my mobile but I have done it works a treat thank you

Edit 2: back to one star because it cannot be a coincidence that when I got my son a new phone and I downloaded the fit pro app it again played havoc it with his phone. So I spent almost $200 on a new phone and probably didn’t need to, I just needed to trash this watch.

Edit: moved it to two stars because I finally got some help with charging. It doesn't forward texts though, so still not useful.

The charging is odd. There is a piece that joins band to watch that is also the USB plug. In our defense, it looks nothing like the usual USB, so we couldn't figure it out. When I left my bad review, they emailed me a picture to show how it works. It probably would be easier to send that in the paperwork with the watch or have it on the website when you purchase....

This is for an intellectually challenged young man who badly wants an Apple watch, but can't be trusted to care for one. This isn't forwarding his texts, so.... he still doesn't feel cool
