We had our contracts with Bentley for approximately 12 years
We had our contracts with Bentley Walker since 2013, when we had to go for satellite system, no option following Hurricane Charlie visited us.
We received excellent service throughout the time with them, sorry to see them go, will miss the human touch that they brought to the service. Thank you

Always quick and easy to deal with
Always quick and easy to deal with - been with them for years . Tech support is very good. When we were forced to change satellite provider these guys reduced the monthly price - well that was a breath of fresh air and a measure of how honest and fair they are too. I'm only leaving because of a move out of the remote countryside location I am in

I’ve been with Bently Walker for many…
I’ve been with Bently Walker for many years and they’ve provided excellent service always.
I am, however, leaving them due to cheaper set up cost with monthly hire/gig package per month for Starlink.

The service itself was excellent but even better was the customer service.
All calls are answered by a human being not a machine or computer in Bangalore!
Any issues,which were very few were dealt with expeditiously.

The Satellite broadband Service
The Satellite broadband service for our remote holiday property has been excellent. When we did experience technical problems the support desk were first class.
I'm happy to recommend Brentley Telecom.

I have been using this service for the last three years.
The satellite signal was always working and realible.
The invoices were correct.
I really didn't have any problems during this time.
I would continue using Freedomsat, but I sold my house in the mountains and the new owner don't require any service.
This is the only reason I cancel my contract.
Thank you Freedomsat and should I require a new satellite connection in the future I would use you!
