Unpleasant Interaction and unsatisfactory service
The technician was 43min late to the appt. We were told from 8-12pm and the technician showed at 12:43pm.
The technician stated he was only there to check on shading. He did not provide a diagnosis of the array nor check the inverter for underproduction. The arrayâs bottom line of panels is only partially shaded (1/4) and not fully shaded as he incorrectly kept stating.
Lastly, he mentioned the array was serviced two weeks ago which is incorrect. The last time a technician came to our home was on March/April 2025 to fix a wifi connection error and a cable inside the inverter. His recollection is incorrect.

Terrible customer service is an understatement
Writing a second review and if I could give zero stars I would. We started the solar process with Freedom Forever in May of this year. Financing and all paperwork done by early June. Then three months of silence ⊠followed by mediocre customer service telling us how busy they are (meanwhile the Supervisor assigned to us was gone at least two times for company retreats) ⊠weeks of silence and no updates âŠ. and now almost 7 months later we were told today Freedom Forever will not install our panels because thereâs no time. To quote our rep âthey said no.â Dumbfounded is an understatement. Awful customer service is an understatement.

Solar System Never Activated Company Ignoring Responsibility
We financed a very expensive solar system with Freedom Forever for our Nevada home, which was installed and inspected back in August. Despite multiple inspections and the company marking our project as âcompleted,â NV Energy confirmed on November 3, 2025, that our solar system has never produced a single watt of power.
Weâve made repeated calls and emails for months â each time weâre told someone will come out, but now the next appointment isnât until December, with no guarantee of actual repair. The system was installed incorrectly at first, failed inspections, and even after âpassing,â it still doesnât work.
Freedom Foreverâs lack of accountability and delays feel deceptive weâre paying for a financed system that was never turned on.
If youâre considering Freedom Forever, proceed with extreme caution confirm your system is generating power with your utility, not just marked âcompleteâ by their dashboard.

No, Solar power a year later âŠ
We agreed to purchase solar through Freedom Forever, financed by ENFIN, with SolarEdge providing the panels, inverter, and battery. Itâs been about a year, and while the panels are installed, the battery has been dead for months. Freedom Forever told us they ordered a replacement over a month ago, but weâve seen no progress and no updates.
Whatâs worse is that itâs impossible to reach a real person at Freedom Forever anymore â everything goes through an automated AI system that doesnât resolve anything. Weâre paying for solar that isnât producing power, and no one seems willing to take accountability.
At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering Freedom Forever to think twice. Their communication and follow-up have been extremely poor, and the service after installation has been nonexistent.
