Received item described as Black, they are actually 3 shades of grey. Zero customer service. Online chat robot won't accepted my email address. Stuck with Sports directs Frasers group Rubbish. As you can see here on Trustpilot, they reply to nobody.

Wast of time and money, absolute fake junk. Bought A set of Ralph Lauren towels. Towels were poorly packed, bag was ripped open towels looked like they had been used already very disappointing. I will never buy anything from Frasers again.

Don't shop online with House of Fraser. Awful customer service. If you have an issue with a product, they take up to 3 weeks to respond! Bought makeup and broke out with an allergic reaction, they came back 3 weeks later and said I should have tested it a store first! They don't have any stores in London! The worst customer service experience ever!

Terrible company to shop with
Terrible company to shop with. I ordered 2 pairs of identical trainers different sizes and returned the wrong size. Only been tried on inside. I received them back twice costing £10 in postage! Customer service non existent. Apparently they return if the goods aren't in perfect condition but these were! I now have a pair of trainers that won't fit anyone. Avoid shopping with this terrible company.

Ordered item for a birthday gift on 7 September, not arrived two weeks later.Difficult to find customer service contact details on their website -I'd go so far as to say hidden! Apparently order has been cancelled -but they didn't tell me.Agent also told me the onus is now on me to make sure that the payment has not been taken from my account and claim it back from my bank if it has.I will never shop with Frasers or House of Fraser again

Don't bother buying from Fraser online if you expect them to honour a manufacturer's warranty. Salomon honoured the warranty directly.
What a rubbish company and poor customer service with agents only interested in dismissing any complaints. I bought a pair of Solomon gortex walking boots which have recently started letting water in. Solomon have a 2 year warranty on manufacturing faults. I have had them since September 2023.
Contacted Customer Care and explained the problem. The agent said "Generally speaking, a manufacturing fault would become apparent within the first 3 month of use and that it's not unreasonable to assume, that your item has had fair use and the issue may not be a manufacturing fault but could be down to other factors, such as general wear and tear, among other things. At this time, it is down to you, the customer, to prove that the item has a manufacturing fault. We would advise that you have your item independently inspected by a reputable company.”
In effect he was saying that the warranty is only 3 months. The Salomon website clearly states they the are guaranteed against manufacture faults for 2 years. I included a photo showing that the boots had no damage.
He clearly wasn't interested. He finished by saying " It appears that the item you’ve reported does not fall under our faulty goods category. Our policy covers items that are defective due to manufacturing errors. However, in this instance, the issue seems to be unrelated to a manufacturing defect."
I contacted Salomon directly and they honoured the warranty and gave me £140 towards a new pair of boots. Salomon is a 5* company.

Ordered furniture. The first delivery date came and went. The second date apparently there was an incident with the van and now they don’t recognise the tracking number. Awful service and unable to get a number to speak to anyone

Sadly this is another scam, and people fall for it as it has yhe old trusted name of Frasers. DO NOT USE. YOUR GOODS WILL LIKELY NEVER ARRIVE AND THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT.

I ordered 4 items, two of which were £1.49 each pyjamas. When ordering it struck me as odd that the same pyjamas kept popping up on the website but at a different price. My order has been delivered but the bargain items are missing. They are still available to order at the higher price on the website. I've checked my emails / paperwork and it's like I never ordered them! I have no cancellation notification. My order paperwork and invoice have no record that I ever ordered the pyjamas. I believe it's some form of sucking you in to add higher margin items on to your order to justify the £5 delivery and they never fulfil the cheaper items that are displayed at multiple price points on the website. Surely this isn't permitted by trading regs? I've scoured the website to find out how to contact them but it's an endless loop of FAQs.
