Ih my God i fell for this scam. 20% off your next order... App doesnt work, no telephone service, no instore returns so you have to pay. I paid my balance within a weeknthen theyvsaid I cant close my account til I pay more money - for a replacement robbing b%£@%#^ you will have to take me to court first

Useless. I was given £750.00 on application. Ordered items paid on time every time. Received an email dropping my credit limit to £280.00. Utterly useless amount of money to utilise in the context of how much things cost from Sports Direct. Attempted to close the account without success. It turned into a dramatic, protracted and painful event due to a significant lack of customer service and profound oversight. I don’t recommend using Frasers Plus at all. It’s just one big headache.

terrible decision was to use these! had a £1000 credit limit in the middle of paying instalments, never missed a payment always paid on time or before due date, then have an email to say new credit limit click on link to find out they decreased it down to £440!!! my balance is £527 so now i'm over my limit... tried to contact customer support does one exist???

Very misleading financial offers. Ordered some items from Sports Direct, used the discount, total was £71.50, then was put on a 3 monthly payment plan with zero interest. Made the first payment of £23.82 within the timeframe, then got a text saying I needed to pay £82.66 by 28th of following month followed by another payment of £23.82...?? How does that work then? Couldn't reach anyone in cust services. No emails replied. Terrible service.

The instalment is not transparent, it forces user to pay 36 months interest on top of every transaction, this is scam company.

I purhcased a pair of shoes on sportdirect.com, they just simply add 33.26 interest on top of it for 36 months instalment WITHOUT displaying at the checkout, they try to HIDE this instalment from the user. and the app disabled the Change Plan button on it or give your option to pay off earlier.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Really bad I returned a blanket I ordered for £49.99 but the order wasn’t even showing on my order list and so had to send it special delivery cost me £8 they haven’t even refunded me the item and yet still want the money for it have closed my account as it’s so rubbish and dodgy trying to even get hold of customer service don’t bother with this site !

It seems that you have to pay £4.99 to return goods. I bought faulty Hugo Boss shoes and the returns policy is that it cost you £4.99 to send them back. On reaching out to them I was told that if the return is accepted i have to reach out again and maybe they will give me a store credit to help. I am not sure but this could be against the law for online shopping but in any case it shows the Frasers outlook towards customers. I will be closing my account and using other online retailers that actually care,

Be very careful with this card.
I opened it at Sports Direct because they said there would be 3 months interest-free. But after only one week, the app already showed £48.50 interest.
When I contacted customer service, they just told me to read the terms and conditions.
This feels very misleading. I would strongly advise people to think twice before opening any account or card with this company.

Ordered from house of Fraser using the Fraser plus app, house of Fraser have no record of an order for me but the payment is showing on the Fraser plus app, trying to contact anyone to get help is impossible, please avoid this company as you have no support if anything goes wrong. I have a feeling I'm going to have to pay for items that I'm never going to receive, I wish I'd read the reviews first

Made my first payment but accordingly they haven't received it but I sent it straight into Fraser's bank, so I emailed them and they said no payment has been received so they wanted a screenshot of the payment leaving my bank into there's so why would they wan.t personal info like that plus you can't take screenshots of your bank, so I sent there bank details with my reference number for the payment, and of cause my address and email details and date of payment, so iff they still say the payment hasn't been received I will not be paying the final two payments of £16.66 on each payment honestly I wish I never bought this dam lipstick and cup, 😡🤬🧐

DONT USE FRASER PLUS - THEY'RE CROOKS AND WON'T REFUND IF THEIR OWN FRASER ONLINE SHOP SCAMS YOU. TWO SEPERATE ENTITY BUT OWN BY THE SAME PAREBR GROUP.

Hands down the worst line of credit available out there. The app is an absolute joke and trying to pay your balance in full is not even an option. The whole platform just needs shutting down or reporting.

I ordered items for next day delivery an urgent order I paid for delivery by DPD which I find to be the best, however Frasers chose to send it by Evri which I have had lots of issues with , Frasers did however charge for DPD delivery which is more expensive than Evri. No notification from Frasers and to try to contact them directly is impossible. A total scam

Fraserplus are a discusting company who bully and chase People for money for a lost order that EVRI admitted to losing or should i say stealing,the order i made was on the 3/11/2025 it was transferred to EVRI on the 6/11/2025 and since then its been a nightmare as i owe £74.97 on my Fraserplus account but refuse to pay as EVRI admitted it went missing,i sent all proof to Frasers and Fraserplus but everyday they haunt me and are now threatening be with dept collectors which is making me ill,i will never use frasers again and advise everyone out there to avoid FRASERS and the thieves at EVRI

Shanaz Hussain from Fraser plus took her time and understood everything her customer service was acceptional she was very patient I was happy with my call

Be very careful with this company they went into my account several times and took money when asked about it the have never replied I've no got rid of this company and direct sports who advertise it they seem to do what they want I've now had to block frazier plus and sports direct from going into my accounts be very careful on the credit side of frazier plus use someone like PayPal
