Very competitive quote from a helpful company
Very competitive quote on a well featured policy. This was a renewal with a company I have been with for several years because of their value for money, well timed communication about the policy and its validity and telephone conversations when queried.

Great customer service
I had a problem with the annual on line payment so left it and intended to check my bank account and try to pay again the next day.
A very pleasant polite man called later the same day from Pickles to see if he could assist with the payment as he had received an alert to say payment not completed.
At the time f the call I was in my car so could not make the payment. The caller said not to worry (no pressure) I could try again later to pay on line, but if I had any further problems then feel free to call him back.
Very professional polite helpful call.

I was told it was a long wait. 3 minutes wait I very good. Such a good experience no trouble too explain. Very clear and helpful i decided I would go with them again. Can't recommend them enough

RNL3331382 Please do not renew this policy. I tried calling you but on hold for nearly 10 minutes - emailed a reply to your email but you replied it was not monitored. Logged into your website but no obvious email to use or message area - just call us. No thanks

Polite and easy to understand my questions and answers.
The company answered my phone call quickly. I discussed my renewal and was satisfied with their answer. The young man was well spoken and easy to understand. He gave me clear answers to my questions. The renewal price was slightly cheaper than other companies. I have been with them for many years and always have received good service and advice.
