Curio bait & switch
I ordered a curio online. Website said they had 5 in stock. I receive an email from them a couple days later that the curio is out of stock. I said when I ordered it their website said there were 5 in stock. They said the count was wrong and do I want to buy a different curio. I replied no just issue the refund back to my credit card. It is now 9 days later and they offer me a gift card rather than processing my refund! I have no interest in doing business with a company using bait & switch techniques and refusing to refund my money for a curio they don't even have! Where is my refund?
As a follow up it is now March 22nd and STILL no refund. They emailed me on 3/13 saying it will take up to 14 business days now to get a refund for a product they never had. They charged my credit card immediately but are now stalling on refunding my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sold me a defective product, wouldn't refund
I bought a desk in August, and scheduled to have it shipped in October.
I received the item, and by January, the desk began falling apart. The customer service was awful; getting a response would take weeks. I was merely offered $300 for a +$1,800 (+$200 shipping) desk that is no longer usable. They acknowledged that the problem was a manufacturing defect, but refused to replace it since the problem happened outside of the 60 day window. They gave me a deadline to accept their $300 offer or they’d close the matter. Six months later I am out $2,000 and have a desk that came apart at the seams, which I have to replace because it is not usable.
Do not buy from this company. They have a great selection, but if you need customer support or they sell you a product that doesn't work, it's a nightmare.
