Biggest load of rubbish, does not work, lost nothing, in fact put on 2 lbs. Save your money.

I ordered 1 bottle of drops from this company and paid for 1 bottle at £24.95 after I checked out they added on another bottle at £21.21 which I did not want I have put a dispute in to try and get a refund and I will not be accepting any coupons I want a full refund.

This company is not very trustworthy. They promise 100% money refund if you’re not satisfied with their product. However you can return the product without paying fee and only if it’s not open

I ordered 3 tubes of Vivadex and eventually 3 tubes arrived not of Vivadex but ximonth from China which can be bought on Amazon for less than half the price. 😡

Do not go near this company,I bought fungigon ,I had a text supposedly from Royal mail saying it had been delivered it had not. Contacted fradall they said it was still on the way not to worry. Of course I did, contacted my bank to activate a charge back and was told fradall had put a recurring charge on my card. So please be careful

Advertising is totally deceptive. Product available at a quarter of the price.
Everything about them is a rip off.

I purchased the product FungiGone from Fradall UK.
the cost was £24.95.
The product came from China not the UK and was called Ouhoe not FungiGone and took weeks to arrive.
The product FungiGone can be bought from UK sellers for as little as £5.99.

Sadly too late, I read reviews with similar complaints. Goods didn’t arrive. I did receive a refund for 50% with an offer of a coupon for further 50% which didn’t sound like a good offer. Avoid.

This company is guilty of gross misrepresentation. The product ordered and paid for will not be the product sent, not even close. When you receive the false product and complain, they will lie stating that it a new, improved or repackaged version. After further challenging they will over a 50% refund. Giving them 50% profit on rubbish. Beware! Do not buy from Fradall who are based I Hong Kong.

This company says they have over 13000 five star reviews from Trustpilot. Gave a UK address but product came from Hongkong. Stay well away from this lot!

Do not trust this company, I too bought an item that was advertised on their Facebook page, it was varilex a cream that is used to reduce the appearance of varicose veins, it took over a week to come and when it came it was ximonth on the box and jar, it advertise the more you buy the cheaper it is, thank goodness I only purchased one to try, it cost me £24.95 supposed to be half price, I too found it much cheaper on other sites.
I contacted the company who basically arnt gonna do a dam thing. Why can’t someone shut these sites down there making lots of money off people. Wish I’d have read reviews before purchase. A very disappointed customer.

I ordered 2 RtopR nail treatment, on their FACEBOOK advert, I bought 2 as they were advertising the more you bought, the cheaper each item was! They charged me just under £40 including postage !! Delivery took ages!
I then see it on Ebay for as little as £3.76 per item, including free postage!!
I emailed the company straight away, saying basically this is a scam, and could they refund me the difference, before I take further action, as if today, I have heard nothing , 😡
This order was placed on the 3rd May 2025

So I am a fool. They got me £29.39 gone! Fool I bought ketodrops yup what a fool. Sounded great the product made by a uk university student great reviews aledgedky from trustpilot. If they hadn’t taken PayPal I would not have bought from them. I trusted PayPal but at present they have found for the scammer which I find atrocious. Still claiming so hopefully they will look properly at the seller and refund my money and stop supporting scammers which I find intolerable. Yes my fault I’m old enough to know better but this ad was on Apple games app so again shame on them fir supporting scammers and that is not the only one on there. . Let’s hope PayPal come through fir me and if you buy from strange companies use PayPal or maybe a credit card will help more So buyer beware

If I could give zero star I would. This is a scam.
I received my eye drops. Was told to send them back and get full refund. They were from Hong Kong.
On the label it had a uk address but checking it out , no longer existed. It was the CEO in Hong Kong. Was then living in the UK. Fradall offer me a refund of 50%. I accepted as I new I couldnt do more.

Do not trust this company,send you stuff you don't want then only give you 50% refund then send you more stuff that you haven't ordered. Stay well clear

I placed an order with Fradall on the 25th April 2025 for Fungigone cream. £29.41
was taken from my bank account the same day. I emailed Fradall when my order did not arrive. Dannielle Anne replied to my email to say my order was on it's way. Today I tracked my order and it said my order had been delivered to me on Tuesday May 6th which it wasn't. I emailed them again and as yet I have not received a reply. Looking on here it seems I am not the only one they have scammed. It's disgraceful how they are getting away with it

This is clearly a scam company. I ordered a product called Fungigone which supposedly came from Fungigone UK. The email confirmation came from Fradall and the product is being sent from China. Having read all the terrible reviews of Fradall, I've now accepted that I've thrown away £25 and have learnt my lesson!

Advertising as Fradall. Wrinkle cream, when you go on website it is a German company but Fradall products are shipped or not shipped as the case may be from China. Please don’t order from them, I now stood to have lost £55! Taking it up with credit card

They advertise FungiGone as having a 4.7 review score on trustpilot but I can't find them on the site.
However the company fradall has bad reviews.

I ordered a tube of Vivadex and they doubled the order. There was no was of correcting the order - I don't want 2 tubes. No way of cancelling. They also took a wrong postcode, no way of correcting this either. Most online retailers offer a way of correcting an order - not this lot!
