The order was supposed to have a discount on postage and instead I paid postage and vat was added on top of the whole order made everything so much more expensive than anywhere else

Thanks for your review. We do offer FREE (standard) shipping on orders over £20 apart from Scotland and Northern Ireland which have a small handling fee.
We also do offer, and optional Next Day Guaranteed service via DHL. After checking your order, I can see you actually selected the Next Day Express shipping option!
Please understand that VAT is a tax that we are obliged to collect on behalf of the UK government and we have no control over it. The prices shown on our website include VAT and no additional tax is added at the end.
VAT is shon on your invoice as included in your total price.

Ordered a set of lights to take to Spain, extra baggage booked and paid for, advertised as 1 to 2 day delivery, email on day four to say unable to get from wholesale therefore order cancelled. No time to order from elsewhere and as yet no refund, very disappointing.

Couldn't fault the purchasing process or the ease of it. Delivery was very quick, especially considering I selected the slowest method. Order updates were provided continuously throughout up until delivery too which is always reassuring. I'll definitely purchase from there again.
