A real personal touch of class

A real personal touch of class. Easy shopping experience online. Clear, concise and reasonable. Constant contact from purchase to delivery and a handwritten note included in the box wishing me well. That's the standard folks and I've worked years in customer service so I'm picky! Top marks to Foy & Company. Will assuredly be using their services again.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service. Staff very efficient and very friendly. Website easy to access and navigate. The whole interaction with Foys was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I will certainly be telling my friends about this family run business who definitely put the customer first.

Great Product, Great Price, Great Service!

It was easy to place the order, the price was great, photo was exactly like the product and shipping was quick! The icing on the cake was the personally hand written note inside thanking me for my order! Rare these days for such personal communication.

Friendly Company

Lovely, friendly company to deal with. My order was small, but I still received a hand written note thanking me for my order. No delay whatsoever in receiving my order which was very well packed. Will definitely purchase from this company again

Good quality product

Item came quickly and was very well packaged 👍. I got the peony drawer liners and I love them so much, I'm going to visit the shop to see what other delights they have in store for me 😃. Would highly recommend the product and the service.

Excellent Service

Excellent price, fast turnaround and delivery, well packaged and labelled fragile goods, and a nice customer service touch with a personalised card insert. This is the 3rd or 4th time purchasing from Foy and have not been disappointed.

When things go wrong!

The test of any busienss is its service when things go wrong.
I orderded three dinner plates two arrive ok but the 3rd was smashed in transit. No bother for Foy & Company they shipped a replacement straight away. No quibble.
It arrived second next day in perfect order.
