5 star reviews on here are Fake! Reviews aren’t even related to the casino and clearly written by bots.

Worst betting site ever used, there isn’t even a tab to see your bets placed.

They also try to draw you in with a good new customer offer but they have buried odd terms within their T’s and C’s which break gambling commission guidelines

Deposited and bet in full accordance with the advertised “Bet £10 & Get £50 Free Bet” offer. Betsuna refused to pay out, claiming I’d previously held an account with a different brand under their “Company Network.”

This restriction is not stated on the offer page. It only appears if you read the general T&Cs, find the definition of “Company Network” in a separate section, click through to a linked list of roughly 50 operator brands (several defunct), and check them one by one. No evidence was provided that I ever held the account they’re referring to.

Terms that are technically present but effectively hidden aren’t the same as terms that are fairly disclosed. Filing a formal complaint and escalating to IBAS if unresolved.

Would not recommend depositing here based on how this offer was handled.

Terrible bookie, don’t bother signing up for their free bets. Even if you win you’ll get the winnings in bonus funds and if you withdraw any real money they automatically cancel your bonus and reduce it to 0. Absolute waste of time
