Absolutely worst site ever , can’t draw winnings out or bonuses do not exist. I’m on here for ever

I asked what free bets and offers they provide in line with other bookmakers and they reported my account for compliance. I have then not been able to use my account for over a week. Advertise 247 support but live chat is rarely available and I have it in writing to expect delays on weekend as it’s not a working day!

They break betting comission rules so steer clear of this lot. Very Dodgy

Only recently sighed up won a tiny amount sent it everything and more still can’t get a withdrawal think need your kidneys and keys too your house shocking site use a genuine decent bookmaker avoid these crooks

Claims 24:7 support on their website yet can’t reply to a single email after 26 hours and counting - no other method of contact available on the site either. Been waiting days for information on my withdrawal. Would definitely avoid if you don’t want the stress and hassle. No withdrawal receipt either so I don’t even know if they’re processing anything.

I was enticed by a welcome offer which I found on OddsChecker. After clicking on the link provided on that website I signed up directly and completed the welcome offer. After completing the wagering requirements set in the terms my free bets were not credited. I contacted support to raise this and was told 'you did not sign up through an affiliate link' which is false. I provided them with the website that I got the affiliate link on and they have not yet responded. A discussion group I'm in has tried this offer and there are multiple reports of them not crediting the offer.

In conclusion, the company is either directly scamming customers through the fake offer - or their system is broken and incompetence has stopped them from fixing it. Either way - avoid.

Sign up bonus not honoured, like many people it seems. Otherwise nice site, interesting idea and the payout was no problem at all.

I deposited £300 without ID and they refuse to let me withdraw without very specific photo ID which I don't have.

I have told them I'm penniless starving, dizzy and haven't eaten in 4-5 days. All they done was link me to food banks and 999 and tolsnme how much ID costs rather then giving me a withdrawal.

I have given them bank statements, bank card, letter with name and address on it, and my prison ID which has my photo and D.O.B on it and a selfie.

Remember, this is a UK sportsbook. Every normal UK sportsbook accepts bank statements or a letter with details on it.

I am in pain and starving as I write this message, they have all my money.

Signed up using the Oddsmonkey affiliate link which offered £10 in free bets as well as some tournament tickets (not interested in those). I hold an account with a large number of UK bookmakers and am very familiar with these offers. I signed up and deposited per the promo T&Cs, no sign of any free bet or tournament ticket. Contacted support who said on their side, it looks like I signed up the regular way without clicking an affiliate link. I told them I had used Oddmonkey and linked back to the promo T&Cs page. They said they couldn't trace it back to Oddsmonkey, offered me a 'tournament' offer instead (no free bet) and refused to do anything else. They even said they couldn't manually provide the free bet - what a joke, what bookmaker in 2024 can't do this? A scam bookie that lures new accounts with fake promo. Avoid at all costs.

I like the way the games come in from closest time at the top saving time, fast payouts too I just withdrew a small amount £120 it was in account within 1 minute hopefully it’s just as quick if win bigger amounts. All in all decent 👍.

They limit your withdrawal to a minimum of £20 so if you have cash or winnings below that you are prevented from being able to take out your money. Given the main season long Premier league has a low deposit and low winnings for most players, this is a deliberate ploy not to pay out for the majority of 'winners'

Ignore all of the comments about how they dont honor free bets and all the other bad stuff they do, I put in a withdrawal request of around £2000, a week ago, and since asking where it is they have had "technical issues" and their awful customer service has just told me to wait for an email in about 2 weeks detailing what theyve decided to do. Wont withdraw it, wont put it back in my fanbet account, wont withdraw to another card. Avoid at all costs.

They were quite dismissive to deal with and I felt they had no intentions of honoring they're £20 free bet deal.
Do yourself a favour and look for another Bookie, becuase these guys are quite dishonorable.

Amazing website, amazing game experience. Horrible support and customer care. They literally don't care about you.
They can close your account out of nowhere, accusing you of things you have never done.
They told me I can play with my old profile from my country, which appeared to be in the restricted countries list. Then accused me of violating the rules, playing from a restricted country. When they realized their arguments don't make sense, just blocked me, accusing of multiaccounting. In a website, where you can have 100 entries per profile, and I was only playing with 2 teams. Multiaccounting, yeah, sure.
That's the logic gone.

Awful website, doesn't work with Android. Tried to place a bet on Bundasliga, took three attempts. Then I thought I had placed it, but it turned out it had gone on Indian Premier League. Normally I would cash out, and take the small charge, but you can't even do that. Tried virtual customer support, totally unsympathetic. Website is confusing and unreliable.

Okay so its a new concept and Cleary a low budget start up , so would be wrong to compare this standard bookmakers in terms things like markets and customer service as its cleary not trying to compete with them. The one thing I cant condone is charging for withdrawals, any gambling sites worth their salt simply don't do this and if you are relying on customers to subsidise your own bank fees then clearly the business model is wrong somewhere along the line
