I live in Arkansas and ordered from the website. I received packages and they smell good and pretty dense nugs. But the product didn't look like the picture. I did get stone so there definitely some cannabinoids in there that are really potent, but what threw me off was the taste and the burn. Not the mention the HHC was completely a waste of money, his THCA flower is okay but I don't trust the website due to the lab taste I feel and believe are fake. No telling what sorta heavy metals are in these products. May purchase one last time to do a lab test my self. Just don't know if I would recommend to anyone just yet

I was a fan of foxhole until an order didnt arrive, (i made sure to check laws and ordered only legal things to avoid seizure). I know the item hasnt been seized as i have spoken directly to royal mail who have spoken to customs who also said they have not recieved it. I spent 5 weeks sending emails to dane after the last tracking update to start a missing mail search (the sender is the only one who can do this with international orders). I got 2 responses one reply saying its normal to not have movement and then another saying he will start a mail search with usps, then i was ignored when i chased it up. After having no responses to numerous requests to discuss what options we had (reship/refund) as royal mail confirmed the item is now classed as missing/stolen, I decided i was fed up getting ignored and emailed saying if i havnt had an update in a few hours i will be filing a chargeback with my bank for goods not recieved. I was ignored again. I then disputed the charge and informed dane of this via email. (20 mins after i made him aware of the charge back i got a response) He said that he wont refund or reship and says he accepts international orders but doesnt guarentee delivery as there could be customs issues. I informed him customs didnt recieve it and royal mail saying it is lost/stolen, and reiterated this is not my fault and any reasonable company would help the customer start a claim via usps or arrange reshipment for a fee/refund so the customer is not left out of pocket. He then basically said he doesnt care and he had fulfilled his requirements. I have no issue verifying this was a real purchase with invoices and screenshots of the conversations. Overall very rude and i will not be doing business here again after how he has been over this issue. 270 down and the vendor is no help whatsoever.
