Delivery comes from China so it takes a little longer to arrive, but when they do (and they do) its worth the wait. Absolutely wonderful pieces and the pictures don't do them justice. The elephants are just my favourite things!

The support and help I received from Fourline. They answer very fast to my questions. The product I ordered arrived very fast and the quality of the Butterfinger Macaron Pots is amazingly beautiful 😍

Tijdens mijn vakantie geprobeerd af te leveren ( ik had hiervan geen bericht ontvangen)
Product voor mijn thuiskomst alweer geretourneerd. Voorstel 50 % geld terug of ongeveer 400 euro extra betalen voor shippingskosten!!!
Na veelvuldige communicatie zou het alsnog mijn kant opkomen, ik wacht nog steeds en inmiddels reageren ze niet meer op mijn vragen!!

I ordered a Xmas gift in October , it was delivered in march with enormous custom fee ( although they are a eu website they deliver from China ). I returned the item and They never gave me back the Monday . I lost 50 euro . I was promised the money so many times and then eventually they stopped answering me . I never had such a bad experience buying online .

He pedido un lampara que resulta que viene de China y en la entrega el servicio de correos me cobra gastos de aduana de lo cual no se me advirtió.
La pantalla de la lampara viene deformada, los tornillos que unen las piezas descoloridos y oxidados, y no trae un enchufe adaptado a la España.
Absolutamente todo pésimo, estoy esperando que el servicio de atención al cliente me diga algo, por ahora me siento estafada.

Bought a vase in november 2022.
I cancelled the order within 24 hours. I was told the item was already send, and my only option was to refuse to receive it, so it returns, and they would refund it.
Fine, it did refuse to recieve, but heard nothing.
I had to to make contact, where they told me, I now only would get a 50% refound, or I would have to pay for the reshipping cost. The was the 14. feb. 2023.
I have replied twice know, but heard nothing back.

PS: I can see they sell a 'Devlin Chandelier', this seems like a knockoff of the original 'Louis Poulsen PH-5'

Non vogliono rimborsarmi continuando a mandarmi il link di track della spedizione come giustificazione. Ho ordinato il 2 di novembre siamo a febbraio, non voglio più quella maledetta lampada PRETENDO UN RIMBORSO della cifra spesa. Il servizio clienti fa finta di nulla

I had to pay almost the same amount in customs fee than the actual (already expensive) figurine, which wasn’t stated on the site. Sent multiple mails, but didn’t get a reply.

Me llegaron por dos veces las figuras rotas, tras reclamarles varias veces, ya ni responden a los correos, han conseguido que tras seis meses reclamando me haya cansado y lo de por perdido.

This company have had a substantial amount of money from me and 43 days later I have no goods, I have asked repeatedly for a refund and every time they respond please wait a few more days. This company didn’t tell me goods came from China, they told me three weeks ago that the goods had arrived in UK, now today tell me they arrived on the 18th December, they lie. I want a refund today

Ho acquistato in settembre un articolo che aveva oltre alle spese di spedizione già pagate, anche il costo doganale da pagare alla consegna, non specificato. Purtroppo alla consegna non ero a casa quindi non avendo pagato il contrassegno, l'articolo è tornato indietro. Chiedo di farmelo rispedire aggiungendo altri €13,00 in ottobre, procedo con il pagamento e da quel momento l'assistenza clienti sparisce. Precisamente il Sig. Daryll Tiosejo smette di rispondere. Morale della favola ho regalato all'azienda €150,00. Una vergogna.

SCAMMERS
Ordered from them and one of the wings arrived damaged, they promised me a replacement months ago and stopped replying to my emails. No refund & no replacement These people stole money from me over 500 euros, shame on you!!!

2 gift items ordered from this site. The first arrived quickly, and was shipped from the Netherlands. I accidentally broke the first one, so ordered a replacement. As it wasn't in stock, it shipped from China, so delivery took weeks.

I used a parcel tracker app to track the shipment, and the app told me the shipper was Ali Express. Sure enough, when I checked the Ali Express site, my item was for sale with the same photos used on fourline.design! The only difference was the price: half what I paid and inclusive of taxes.

When my parcel finally arrived, I received a notice that import charges and VAT were due. I checked the receipt, and they'd paid no tax whatsoever. When I contacted customer service, they offered to pay half the import tax.

As I refused to pay the import charges, the parcel was automatically returned to China, and as per the company's own terms and conditions, I was entitled to a full refund. This is where the fun really started. At first they appeared to be helpful, but I had to wait the 2 weeks for shipment return. Then I was told the "person responsible for refunds" had been contacted to process the refund. When that didn't happen, I contacted them again, I was told the company had financial difficulties, and there would be a delay.

When I realised they weren't going to issue my refund, and stopped answering my emails I contacted my card issuer and asked for a chargeback. It took 45 days for Mastercard to investigate, but fourline ignored the dispute so I won by default.

My advice to anyone using this website:
If you want any of their products, search Ali Express, I'm sure you'll find it for much less.
If you're waiting for them to refund you, you're probably in for a disappointment. Just make sure you keep a record of all correspondence, then call your card issuer and ask for a chargeback. It will take a while, but you should get reimbursed eventually.
Avoid doing business with this crowd at all costs!

My niece ordered me a figurine for Christmas that arrived broken three times, even being told by the company to glue it!
I then paid an extra £50 to order a different product that may withstand the transit, that was in January.
Despite backward and forward emails, being ignored and their promise on their website of a 30 day money back guarantee, I have no figurine and no refund.
DO NOT use this company, terrible customer services and liars.
I am so upset that I have been scammed.
