Fourline Design Omdömen 

J’ai acheté la sculpture Winged Hat à plus de 60 euros. Il s’agit d’un moulage résine plastique de Chine très mal peint. La couleur des lèvres baves sur les côtés. Impossible d’offrir cette sculpture !!!

Ho scritto al servizio clienti più di 120 email, non ricevendo mai il rimborso. La loro scusa è stata di essere in difficoltà economica e hanno sempre rimandato il pagamento del rimborso.

Recieved my rabbit lamp. Love it. Quick delivery. As described. Arrived well packed and in perfect condition.

The Lucas lamp took a month to be delivered, It is really BEAUTIFUL!! Highly recommend choosing the one with the 60 feathers. It's SUPERB!!

The item arrived intact, the packaging us very secure. I was pleasantly surprised with it. it is beautiful and well finished.

I bought a muse flower vase as a birthday gift for my sister, she's in love with it. No more words needed :)

The lamp took about 3 weeks to arrive but they warn about it in their shipping policy. Don't forget to check such details while ordering from them. The product itself is very nice, brightens my living room now. Thank you!

I was worrying about buying from this store as I've seen some bad reviews here. Had no problems. Everything is well-packaged and looks great! Will buy again.

Very pleased with the white summer girl I received. Shipping took a while (around 2 weeks) but it was worth it! The packaging was nice.

My experience was great! The Oscar lamp arrived in a perfect packaging with "fragile" labels. Excellent customer service, 100% not my last purchase here.

Prodotti carini quindi è facile cadere in trappola.

La merce viene spedita dalla Cina, per cui l'acquirente deve pagare gli oneri doganali per poter ricevere il pacco.
Inoltre gli imballi non sono adatti al contenuto.
Il tavolino mi è costato 70 euro in più (per le tasse doganali) ed arrivato anche rotto!!!

Ho mandato email per chiedere il rimborso totale, ma considerando gli altri feedback che leggo prima del mio , direi che posso perdere le speranze di averlo.

I ordered one item for around 900 US dollar at 26th of June , first the conversation was good. At 28th of July I received a note that my item is ready for shipping. The check of the tracking code tells that the Etikett is ready, but the shipper didn't pick up my order.
Until this time I am waiting for an answer or an update, but nothing happens.
I am really disappointed, this was a very bad user experience!

Update: Item was delivered, but doesn't looks like at the pictures. Sorry that I can't share pictures here.
Very poor quality

I ordered an item from this company lamp for my son.
Unfortunately the item came damage, therefore I asked for a refund.
This refund was accepted by Fourline design support and they informed that the amount would be payed in by the end of the month .
It was not refunded also no response.
Contacted bank hopefully they resolve this.

In result I don't recommend buying from this company.

DON’T touch this company. They are an absolute rip off. I placed an order with them for €415 euros to be delivered to Spain. I had no contact after the the initial email saying that my order had been shipped. I had a tracking number and discovered from the post office here in Spain that the order had cleared customs in Spain on 15th July but still no notification of a delivery date. I informed them that my order had obviously got lost and therefore required a refund. The reply was that I could only have a 50% refund as it was not there problem if the order did not clear customs and that if I wanted it to be re delivered I would have to pay the shipping costs!! Note it had been cleared at customs on the 15th of July!!

Until now Im waiting for this refund. Several e-mail were sent and the reply pushes the payment for later.
Now they dont even reply.

The item itself was of doubtful chinese quality.

In result I don't recommend buying from this company.

Pedí una lámpara sin gastos de envío los cuales me cobraron con la excusa de que la lámpara en Europa estaba agotada y la tuvieron que enviar de los almacenes de China (no es mi problema), tras contactar con atención al cliente llegamos al acuerdo de que me devolverían la mitad de los gastos (7 míseros euros), llevo esperando un año por ellos y ya ni responden. Lamentable.

Delivery was quick and item was well packaged. Item bigger than expected - delighted with it. Definitely buy another from this company

Scummy company with hidden fees

As others have written here: although everything is made to look UK-based, it’s a Chinese company. Shipping takes forever & the import fees are brutal. They won’t reward more than a 50% refund if you regret the purchase. Low quality items (you can find the exact same ones on AliExpress, I later noticed). Don’t really have much good to say about this experience.

Edit 18/6: Got an email from Fourline offering 15€ to write a review here. I wrote the review above. Got another email offering 15€ if I changed it. I did not. Since then they have quit answering emails and refused to pay the promised amount. I guess you only get the money if you write them a positive review, which would explain the huge discrepancies between all 1star (legit) & 5star (paid for) ratings on this page.

I have bought 4 items from Fourline Design in the past 6 months, my most favourite one is my first purchase, the Fairy Girl. It's packaging is very good and proper so the item came intact and absolutely brand new. The material, resin, is also good quality. I absolutely would suggest this product.
