We're really sorry to hear this Alex. A lot of small retailers have the same issue with shipping costs. We have a flat rate with our courier, but it does mean you aren't getting as much value for money as larger orders. We charge exactly what the courier charges us, and not a penny more.
We'd rather you'd have contacted us before accepting the shipping cost and placing the order, as reviews like this are damaging to small businesses, and we really can't do anything to reduce the shipping costs.
