For a compa1/5 — Foundever: Where Employees Are Disposable and Leadership Is Nowhere to Be Foundny that constantly promotes…
I worked for Foundever until September 2026, and after everything I saw towards the end of my time there, I can honestly say I'm glad to be out.
For a company that never stops banging on about its values, its people and how much it supposedly cares about employees, the reality is very different.
You hear all the usual corporate rubbish about people being at the heart of everything they do, but when things start going wrong, you soon find out just how little some of that actually means.
Senior management were hardly anywhere to be seen when things were running smoothly. But the minute there were problems, suddenly everyone had something to say. Unfortunately, very little of it was actually useful to the people worrying about their jobs.
One thing that stuck with me was hearing how the same work could be sold in South Africa and the Philippines for a fraction of the UK price. Brilliant. Just what you want to hear when your job's on the line. So basically, we're too expensive? Years of hard work and loyalty mean nothing if someone else can do it cheaper. Makes you feel really valued, doesn't it?
People have given years of their lives to this company. They've worked hard, put up with constant changes, hit targets and done everything asked of them. Yet when it comes down to it, you can be made to feel like nothing more than an expensive number on somebody's spreadsheet.
And don't even get me started on the carrier bag incident.
Imagine sitting there, genuinely worried about whether you're going to have a job, and watching a site director doing what looked like some sort of tombola with a supermarket carrier bag.
I genuinely couldn't believe what I was seeing.
People were worried about paying their mortgages, supporting their families and what they were going to do next, and there we were watching something that wouldn't have looked out of place at a school fete.
Maybe whoever thought that was appropriate didn't see anything wrong with it. But from where I was sitting, it was an absolute disgrace. There are ways to handle situations involving people's livelihoods, and that certainly wasn't one of them.
What annoyed me most was the complete lack of understanding about how people were feeling.
Employees are expected to be professional at all times, remain positive, be flexible, support the business and just get on with things. Funny how those same standards don't always seem to apply to the people making the decisions.
And the constant talk about being one big team? That soon goes out of the window when money becomes the priority.
I understand businesses have to make difficult decisions. Contracts come and go, and nobody expects a company to keep work that isn't there. I'm not stupid.
But there's a massive difference between making difficult business decisions and treating people like they don't matter while you're doing it.
That's what really left a bad taste in my mouth.
It's easy to put nice words on posters, send out emails about company values and talk about employee wellbeing. Actually showing a bit of compassion when people are facing redundancy or uncertainty is apparently a different matter.
I saw colleagues who had worked hard for years genuinely worried sick about what was happening. They deserved better communication, better support and a lot more respect than I felt they received.
By the time I left in September 2026, I'd completely lost faith in the company and particularly in the way certain people in senior positions handled things.
I know there are some genuinely decent people working at Foundever, and I wouldn't want this to reflect badly on them. In fact, it's those people I feel sorry for, because they're the ones who have to deal with the consequences of decisions made above them.
Would I recommend working there? Based on my experience, absolutely not.
If you're thinking about joining, don't just listen to what they tell you during recruitment. Ask what happens when a contract ends. Ask how staff are treated when jobs are at risk. Ask what support is actually there when things go wrong.
Because it's all well and good being told you're valued when everything is going nicely.
It's when things go wrong that you find out what a company really thinks of its people.
And after what I witnessed before leaving in September, I've made my own mind up about Foundever.

Horrible place to work
Horrible place to work. Poor management. High turn over rate. And as soon as your ready for a raise they find a reason to get rid of you. They are always training new people so as soon as your ready to get a raise they get rid of you n put a new person in your place. Horrible place to work. I called our Congressmen and his office is looking into it. Very shady place. Something isn't right there. Also not to mention how many of the team leaders are pedophiles. Absolutely disgusting.
FOUNDEVER PORTUGAL- Disappointing Experience with Management, Communication, Workplace Culture and Offboarding
Disappointing experience with management, communication, workplace culture and offboarding at FOUNDEVER PORTUGAL
I am sharing this review based on my personal experience working for Foundever Portugal. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns about management communication, employee support, workplace culture and the handling of my departure.
I have retained written records relating to the issues described below.
Management and workplace culture
I found aspects of the management communication unhealthy and, at times, unnecessarily confrontational.
There were situations where legitimate questions and concerns from employees did not appear to be handled constructively. I also experienced comments and behaviour that I perceived as discriminatory and unsupportive.
More generally, I experienced a workplace environment where communication could feel inconsistent, dismissive and intimidating rather than supportive. This created a lack of trust and made it difficult to feel comfortable raising legitimate concerns.
In my view, employees should be able to ask questions about working hours, leave, compensation and contractual rights without feeling that doing so could result in negative treatment.
Communication and management decisions
I experienced situations where information given to me by management appeared inconsistent with information communicated later or with the records available to me.
There were also occasions where decisions affecting my working schedule and accrued time were communicated abruptly, without what I considered to be adequate explanation or discussion.
At one point, while I was attempting to clarify how accrued time would be handled, disciplinary action was raised. I found this disproportionate and unsettling, particularly because my intention was to obtain clarification rather than create a conflict.
I believe these situations could have been resolved through transparent, respectful communication.
Offboarding and final payment
My employment ended earlier this year, and I was informed that my final accounts would be processed after my departure.
I subsequently received documentation indicating that a final payment was due, but the corresponding amount was not credited to my bank account as expected.
I contacted HR and the Offboarding team while management were also copied on the correspondence, and I repeatedly and asked for:
-confirmation of when the outstanding payment would be made;
-a complete breakdown of my final settlement;
-clarification of accrued holiday entitlement;
-clarification of public holidays worked and how they had been accounted for;
-clarification of compensatory/banked hours;
-clarification of approved clinic time; and
-an explanation of a separate small payment I had already received.
Despite several written follow-ups and a formal escalation, I received automated acknowledgements but no satisfactory substantive response addressing all of these questions.
The lack of transparency during the final payroll process was particularly disappointing.
Overall experience
My overall experience left me with serious concerns about the management culture and employee experience.
The issues I encountered included:
-communication that I found highly inconsistent and unsupportive;
-comments and conduct that I perceived as blatantly discriminatory;
-management decisions that were not always adequately explained;
-concerns about the accuracy and consistency of information provided to employees;
-disciplinary communication in circumstances where I was attempting to clarify my employment rights;
-delays in receiving meaningful responses or complete ignoring of important inquiries, including HR related matters;
-lack of transparency regarding final payroll and accrued entitlements and delays in pay without any valid justification; and
-difficulties obtaining a clear reconciliation of my final settlement and complete ignoring of multiple emails for clarity.
I am not making these comments lightly. I have retained the relevant correspondence and documentation relating to my experience.
I believe employees deserve a workplace where concerns can be raised without fear of intimidation or disproportionate consequences, where management communication is respectful and consistent, and where departing employees receive clear and timely information about their final entitlements.
I highly suggest if you keep records and report to authorities immediately, if you experience similar.
I hope the company takes these issues seriously and improves its management communication, employee support, workplace culture and offboarding processes.
La cuna de la ansiedad
Desastroso.
Offshoring and AI
Offshoring and AI
If you are American and you work for a living, as opposed to doing corporate double-speak and lying to employees, give this a wide berth.
If you end up here for some reason, your job is going to the Philippines or India, or to AI. Start writing your resume immediately, nobody in the company will help you do anything, and everyone will tell you something different to keep you from being able to talk to anybody in charge about your situation.
Genuinely uninterested in employees who are not cheap foreign labor.
If theres a score of ZERO
If theres a score of ZERO , I will give them a BIG ZERO!
I worked here as a customer service representative in a Telco Account which is Verizon and all I can say is this is the worst company I worked with in my entire journey in BPO.
Emagine they will pull you out in the middle pf your first half shift just because they decided to terminate 20 employees within that day without letting you know in advance nor explaining you after they pull you out and remove all your access.
How dare them take the my commission when it's my effort to make a sale , pitch the product just because I am no longer active in the company!!!
Their salary was not worth it for the stress they are giving to you! The salary was not worth it to receive hurtful words from their customers just because the company itself is 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤯😵
PURYAGABAAAAA! Plus the managers 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ BIG NONONONO
If you wish to work in BPO , make sure not to waste your time and effort working in FOUNDEVER!
Please lang if you don't want to have a bad experience , don't work here in FOUNDEVER!
Worst company ever!!!!
The National Trust
I believe they provide customer services for The National Trust in the UK. I use the words 'provide' and 'customer services' loosely as I don't think they understand the concept.
If i could give them a FAT ZERO i would…
If i could give them a FAT ZERO i would fired over drama that another person started and i defended myself is crazy.
Despidos injustos y mal trato
Sehr gutes Arbeitsklima 😊
A very toxic place to work and to provide services.
I worked for the Raisin line. Don’t work here. They play with your salary and bonuses, and on top of that they don’t care about doing the job well—what matters to them is that you hit the numbers, which is very unprofessional. If you complain about the processes they themselves impose—processes that negatively affect your productivity—the first thing they tell you is that if you don’t like it, you can leave. They demand a certain level of productivity without providing the necessary tools, with mediocre team managers or skill managers who often don’t even have answers about the processes, and then they blame you for not having them. They don’t take service quality into account. I don’t understand how companies request services from this company when their service quality toward clients is terrible, because as an organization they are a mess.
Don't work here.
Don't work here.
I worked for foundever, for their Telenor Customer. They are a scam, wont pay you, try to take advantage of you.
If you use your rights, or talk to "facket" hey will kick you and refuse to pay out that salary. Shit Bosses, uses everyone and everything. For your Own mental health, don't ever work here.
Simply just don’t
Simply just don’t the place is a terrible to work
Worked in the virgin media campaign and it was beyond mind blowing how there was so may rules which just confused and contradicted each other in every possible manner literally cannot do right for doing wrong targets are just crazy expect you to be a robot which just annoys customers as they have had the same conversation twice if your lucky or three times more than likely and if you try and feed this back your basicly told straight just to do as your told and continue too annoy customers then get a hard time for stats mines were always ok but constantly seen this same thing happen with other staff members
Also worked in the ivo campaign
There is good mangers there how ever there hands are tied with the demand of the. Business it’s self and the expectations and there forced to be not very nice but you can tell they understand and don’t like it
If you call in sick here you will feel like your speaking with a doctor receptionist they will decide if you are sick enough to work or not and tell you straight to come
To work and fix your illness
HR
If you ever have a dealing with them just leave they be friend younger staff members and share all your personal problems with them and use there knowledge on employment rights and the company’s procedures in order to please who they are friends with for what ever or who ever they have decided to complain about
Best thing about foundever

BAD RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT
I'm from the Philippines. I was invited to take the online assessment yesterday which I passed. Today, I was scheduled for an interview. I was able to enter in the zoom link sent via email but this is where all of the tragedy will begin.
You'll need to enter multiple break-out rooms. When I finally reached the room for initial interview, we've been there for over an hour! We even had the chance to chit-chat with each other talking about how poor the recruitment management they have. Some says they've been there for 3-5 hours with no facilitator in the room! Some also says they've been there back & forth for days!
This is the worst experience I had in my job application. This company is legit, it's just they really have a poor management on their applicants! Avoid this at all cost!
Incompetent recruiters
Incompetent recruiters, very bad experience with Amel. They offer you another role than the one you applied for, don't reply to emails anymore, then when you let them know that you're no longer interested and got another opportunity, they send you an automatic rejection email lol
