I ordered 2 car seat on next day delivery and 1 didn't arrive i was told to wait until the end of the day and the following I got no response from them so the day affter that, I threatened reporting fraud and got a quick response and resolution. It maybe cheaper but not a retailer id use again due to poor service

I wasn’t happy with the quality of the items that I ordered. I didn’t read the returns policy before ordering which I now regret because unlike other company’s that give you a 30 day returns full refund , this company charges £10 to return a item for so called admin and delisting. NOT HAPPY.

I ORDERED A BABY GATE TO KEEP MY SMALL DOG INSIDE WHEN I GET DELIVERIES. GREAT FOUND 1 THAT WASN'T TOO EXPENSIVE ON THEIR WEB SITE. MY DELIVERY WENT WALK ABOUT AFTER EVRI DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I CONTACTED THIS BABY COMPANY AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING AS FAR AS A REPLACEMENT GOES AS THEY HAVE PHOTOS OF MY HOUSE, WHICH IS NOT MY HOUSE! I SENT THEM PHOTOS OF MY HOUSE DIFFERENT COLOR ETC STILL THEY ARE BASICALLY SAYING I AM LYING. UNLESS THEY USE A DIFFERENT COURIER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I KNOW SOME PEOPLE WOULD TRY IT ON BUT REALLY I AM 70 WHAT WOULD I DO WITH 2 BABY GATES. THEY WONT EVEN CHECK WITH EVRI TO SEE WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT. THERE ARE TOO MANY HOUSES ASROUND WITH THE SAME NUMBER AS MINE TO GO LOOKING FOR IT. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Easy to order, delivery quicker than expected and moses basket exactly as described. The stand was a little fiddly because the screw holes were so tight but looks perfect now up. Can't wait to be able to put a little someone in it.

Highly recommend I ordered a tricycle it was delivered next day however I think a sewing machine miss a part and it started to unravel.
Sent an email issue was resolved and got a replacement cover sit next working day I highly recommend them.

I ordered a baby gate in Grey. Initially I was sent a white one so I sent that one back but they was already sending out the grey one before I sent that one back. I was very impressed how quickly this was done. I'm also very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend

When i ordered the pram it said i would get next day delivery, i ordered this on the Thursday but didnt receive my pram until the monday which wasnt good as i was left without a pram for 3 days.

When i have received my pram it was lovely and very well made, i am happy with the product.

So overall delivery wasnt good but the item is perfect 🤩

I bought this pillow in March...it is the softest and most comfortable pillow I've had. It has alleviate the hip pains I have suffered with for years. However it is now may and the pillow has deflated. Plumping doesn’t work. Its clumpy and now my hip pains are back with a vengeance. So disappointed as now will be looking for a better pillow that will last more than 2 months.

I ordered some baby bedsheets and initially thought I had made a mistake because they arrived in dark grey instead of the light grey I wanted. However, after unpacking and washing them, I checked my order and realised I had actually ordered the light grey ones. I contacted customer service, and they immediately arranged for the correct colour sheets to be sent out and they arrived in 2 days!
Highly recommend and will use them again.

The product is of amazing quality given the value, there are so many extra touches I haven't seen with others at this price point like the storage (baskets front and bag, with a convenient bag), the way the safety bar opens, the bell that is very child friendly.It looks great, no issues on durability, safe and comfy. Customer services have also been very helpful. Very pleased with the purchase as is my child.
