I went to Honda Formula to look at a car to buy. I had talked to one of the salesmen before about a car that was priced at +$41,000. I offered $39,000 based on the suggestion of a friend who was close to me. I said, "If you're happy, I'll come and see it." He said, "No problem, come." I went and before he showed me the car, he filled up some paper work . Then we went together to the body shop. I saw that it had a few small accidents and someone was cleaning it. We came back and he took a thousand dollars as a deposit from me and I asked how if I didn't like the car. this was the same sentence this gentleman said: "even is car ready and you did the car drive , if you didn't like the car, you'll take your money and go!" I gave him my credit card and after a few minutes, he took me to a lady who signed the purchase agreement. I came back and I didn't like the car, I called him that evening that I am canceling this deal, maybe I will buy a new car, maybe I will cancel for now, he told me to let me know tomorrow, tomorrow I emailed and called the lady who filled out the papers and the gentleman who sold me the car, the salesman said please email me that you are canceling, I emailed him too. I said that I will cancel, two minutes later he said by emsil that you can no longer get your deposit back!
Now after 48 hours of everything I did, they did not return my $1000 deposit. The question for me is how is it possible for such a big company to do such cruelty to a customer who gets 1000 dollars with God knows what rewards, and treat the customer in such a dishonest way, if I knew that they would not return this deposit, I would never have paid the deposit.

Went to the dealership to buy some parts for my car, I was surprised the prices were double that of Toronto Honda. I cancelled my order.

New buyers! Do not fall to Formula Honda’s bumper to bumper warranty lie. They charged me $1000+ for that. But when I brought my car back to the service, they wanted $175 to check one assistance security system.
