Ordered 3 money boxes on 11th November. Got tracking number they left USA and arrived in Oxford UK on 11th December. Complained everyday to company who said “be patient good are on there way” then got another tracking number good are in China.
I phoned my bank and they gave me a refund and are taking the case up.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 personalized banks on October 31st. Received tracking from Italy, Italy customs, then US customs. Last notice was in Lafayette IN on November 28th. Then crickets. Emailed my concerns and all I'd get was in transit from Lafayette over and over. I sent 6 emails and nothing. Filed a dispute today with my credit card company. Looked on here and now I see all the same issues as mine. Should have checked 1st.

As others have stated, order placed in October and still not received, tracking info stopped 28th November when advised order was in Uk. Contacted ‘customer support’ requesting an update and just got a standard response saying wait for delivery! Replied back saying this wasn’t acceptable as obviously lost due to time elapsed & requested a refund. I then got sent a separate tracking notification from a completely different company!
Have gone back & again requested a refund due to non receipt of goods and time elapsed since placing order.
Edit- surprisingly after asking for a refund and saying will contact PayPal goods arrived 2 days later! Albeit not as described, this was a personalised item but I just received adhesive letters to stick on myself which was not what was advertised.

Ordered Christmas gifts for friends on Sept 3, it’s now Dec 21 and they’re not here. They won’t refund, keep saying I should ‘be patient’, they’ll get here.
Oh, the gifts are calendars too. So literally they have an expiration date. Do not buy anything from this company!

Much like everyone else, I placed an order 4th November and here we are with no order recieved. Tracking numbers are clearly dodgy, they reach country of destination and then go silent (my order was apparently sent to local shipping/royal Mail and then radio silence). Automated bot customer service which loops you round in circles. Complete scammers. Attempting a coin back through PayPal.

Scam. Ordered via PayPal weeks ago. The items are stuck in customs in Italy!!! Why?!?

Unfortunately I have been SCAMMED! As all the other reviews say , my 3 money box’s haven’t arrived despite ordering them 7 weeks ago. Impossible to contact them it’s just an automated text loop!!
Lessons to be learned if I had done my research and read these reviews before I purchased I would have saved myself 60 pounds !!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is a joke! Piggy banks were small and came with stick on lettering .. just crap! Customer service is terrible! DONT DO IT!

Don’t trust this company! After multiple messages searching for my money boxes they finally arrive and what an epic disappointment! They are not as the advertisement shows. I ordered 3 and all 3 were different colour wood and the names are not put on there but instead a sleeve of letter stickers given in the box which are so so small compared to the name on the box advertised. Also it’s a different font. When I messaged to complain they wrote complaints take a long time to solve you should just keep the item and they believed the item I received was aa advertised. That’s it. Also they over charged me in the beginning and I had to demand the extra be refunded or I would lodge a complaint. Stay clear of this company

ZERO. stars. I ordered personalised piggy banks over a month ago and they have still not been received. When I try to claim back from PayPal, the full amount owing is $79.87 yet PayPal is only allowing me to claim product value only! Therefore, the company will still get to keep the postage amount which was never paid. Scam all the way. PayPal certainly don't support customers like they used to either. The tracking looks like a dodgy.

Zero stars! Ordered 4 large personalized banks 6 weeks ago. I had to beg to get shipping instructions, tracking was useless. Impossible to communicate with this company. I’m out money and my grandchildren’s Christmas gifts! SCAM!

Same experience as what apparently ever one else has had. Completely scam. No shipping updates at all. Finally reached out to get them and they worked for 1 day. It took 2.5 months for the product to be delivered. And when it finally got here it was not at all as advertised! Super terrible quality and I don’t know why they have you customize selections for the product when they don’t even use it for your order. Terrible experience. Trying to get a refund but they are now not replying to me after I called them on it not being as advertised/ including my customizations selected that I paid for! Brutal!

I paid extra shipping fees in order to get the product in time. Attempted communication with the company was all LIES. I tried to cancel the order. The ONE communication I received in return was "sorry, item has already been shipped". I call BS. It was DAYYYYYS later when I got a notification that the item was shipped and available for tracking. After I received the item, there were only TINY stickers for the names to be added. I tried to contact customer service again after it arrived regarding the delayed shipping/processing. There's no way to communicated with them after. STAY AWAY!

I order thus product on October 30 and it us December 20 , 2023 and gave not received my order yet , looks like I got scammed out of this , please do not order from them they scam you out of your money and no where to contact them except through email and they don’t reply to their emails !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Giving this company a 1 because you can't give 0. Ordered piggy banks for grandkids on 21 Oct 2023 for Christmas gifts. Last communication comes from a tracking company the items were in Alaska 25 Nov. Not sure why items went from UK to Alaska before coming to Georgia, but now no way to determine where they are and when we can expect to receive them.

Ordered 2 of the banks on Nov 4th. As of today no banks, customer service sucks and now I have to report fraud to the bank. What a waste of time. Don't order from these guys. It's all one big scam.

I ordered 3 personalized banks for Christmas gifts on October 25th. Shipping updates stopped November 21st. There has been no response to my numerous contacts, as stated in so many reviews below. I will pursue this through PayPal, but encourage everyone to stay away from this company!
