Scam
Scam! Ordered insoles, no order confirmation, no delivery, payment taken. Telephone number is fake. Getting lots of spam emails and Telephone calls since ordering (they have my details). Have now had to change credit card. Avoid this scam site!!!
Nothing Delivered
I ordered some insoles last year, as of 09/01/2025 I still haven't received them. they do not answer emails.
Generally I would suggest this is a scam web site - best avoided.

Unfortunately, I have also been subject to the same scam as other reviewers on this site. I am amazed however that their website is still up and running. I have also reported this scam to my Bankers.

Well, despite appalling customer service and complete absence of any response to phone calls and emails, or indeed an initial “confirmation of order” email… the products arrived this morning! Not quite the delivery time scale as suggested on the website.
What a strange way to run a business.
Placed an order on 2nd July. Money taken. No confirmation email. No response to three emails … direct email and via “contact us” on their website. It’s now the 9th and still no response or goods. Beware!!

Tried phoning repeatedly today. Phone line “permanently” engaged (perhaps off the hook?)
Companies House has them listed as Podiatry Wellbeing Ltd registered as SC482127. The Director is given as MIRZA, Shahzad Shaheen. Appointed July 2014, DOB January 1986.
Tried the phone number for Podiatry Wellbeing from a company search… number unobtainable!! They are certainly hiding somewhere.

Worries over order (item now received)
I have now received the insoles (2nd May) which is good and they are of good quality however as customers we shouldn't need to experience the worry of whether our orders have been received and that our money may be lost. Please look to improve your level of customer service even if it is only to introduce an order confirmation email as a minimum for customer peace of mind.
I bought some insoles on 20th Apr with no email confirmation of the order, I tried to call to see if the order had been placed but the phone number is constantly engaged. I emailed customer services and haven't received any response to date. Payment has been taken and I haven't received the goods. I am very concerned I won't receive my order or get my money back.
I can see that other people have had similar experiences and have received their orders but it doesn't offer any peace of mind.
If anyone at Footsoothers is reviewing customer feedback I would be grateful for an update on my order.
Lack of Customer Service
I placed an order on April 1st, but I am still waiting for the delivery. No emails or text messages to update the status, so I have no idea if it has been sent or even that they received my order, beyond taking the payment. Also no way of contacting them as constantly engaged and the contact form doesn't work. I also received a strange text message from Evri stating that a parcel had been damaged and could not be delivered as the delivery address is missing. I'm guessing they are linked as I'm not expecting anything else. I'm now not expecting to receive the goods.

Same as previous customer ordered one pair then that failed so tried again looked at bank account no money taken failed message ...suddenly two pairs ordered money taken .
First order arrived with insoles and what looks like heel pads I didn't order unless they go under the insoles . Tried contacting them line continually busy and emails go to error page. Awful service

I agree with the previous person. Ordered on 1st March, no confirmation email, money taken of course. Have given them time to deliver, nothing has arrived. Tried phoning, constantly engaged. Wrote an email, had an "error" and couldn't send it. However they arrived today no notification in an email.
No Customer Service at all
No Customer Service at all. Placed order....received no confirmation, no nothing, apart from taking the payment...of course!? Been over a week now since they took the payment from my credit card. Still not received my goods, or an explanation. It is impossible to contact them either by email or phone. Disgraceful! All top show!
