I brought insoles from this company back in 2021 and had no problems. This time round was very different: no email confirmation, no updates, gateway errors on the website when trying to email, phone number always busy, no way to contact, no service/product delivered almost a month after order.

This company accepted my order for a pair of insoles but did not send them. Their system was behaving very sketchily during checkout, throwing "Gateway" errors and I wasn't sent an order confirmation. When I emailed to check the order's status, my message bounced back and calling the number listed on the web site resulted in an engaged tone.

Luckily, I had used Klarna "Pay in 30" when I checked out so I was able to file a missing order report with them and didn't end up paying anything.

Footsoothers has since removed Klarna as a payment option. Suspicious company.

Non rispondono al telefono, hanno preso i soldi dell'ordine ma nessuna conferma via mail e non rispondono a mail e telefono. Vergogna

Are they still trading? I ordered from them a few years ago and they fine. Now I’ve made an order over three weeks ago. No insoles, no email confirmation. The phone line is not working and neither is the email pro forma. Don’t waste your time money!

I ordered some insoles, I paid the money which was taken from my bank. I have not received an email from them, I also have not receive my insoles. I have emailed them, twice, no reply and I contacted them on the telephone number in Glasgow and the reply on my phone is 'Busy'

Money taken from our account but no contact since. Phone not answered. Do not expect any goods to come. Sad that this is allowed to happen.

Had ordered from this firm before with no issues.
However, in August 2025 I sent 2 orders, the money was taken from my bank on both occasions and the goods have never arrived. Is this theft? Despite trying many times they never even bothered to reply to my e mails or telephone queries.
Shame on you Footsoothers. And still advertising!

This must be a scam. Do not purchase anything from this company. Money taken from you instantly but no order confirmation. Contact form doesn’t work nor the telephone number.

Update: the insoles finally arrived 22.01.26.

Order shoe inserts. Money taken from account but received no email to confirm order had been received, was being processed and when delivery would take place.
Have emailed but received no response.
Having checked the reviews don't hold out much hope of seeing the goods let alone recovering the money.

Ordered goods - fortunately not of high value but something I do need to ease my foot pain. No confirmation of order but money taken from bank straight away. Nothing come through yet and I have emailed them to ask where my order is but heard nothing back. Expecting to have lost that money and will look elsewhere for the product and now having seen the other reviews think this company may well be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. At best their customer service is shocking; at worst they are stealing peoples money

Same experience as everyone else. including the communication issues. Have reported to the National Cyber Security Centre. and going to try and get my money back through my bank. Really Frustrating as I normally have a keen eye for these types of websites but this one is very deceptive.

Ordered 12th September some insoles and payment has left my bank the same day, still not received and it’s the 23rd of October….. no confirmation email, telephone number doesn’t go through and the form doesn’t go through. No emails been answered. Very very unprofessional company
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AS ITS CLEARLY NOT LEGIT

As others have experienced, I did not check reviews and ordered insoles on 25th Sept 2025, payment was accepted immediately but I have still not received the goods (14th Oct). Telephone number is unanswered and contact form returns as 'failed'. I have used the email address to request an update but have received no response. The address given in the website is of a company which offers virtual office services but they ceased operation in May 2025!

My order has not arrived yet, no answer to my email and the phone number is constantly engaged, a terrible customer service

Insoles arrived today after I gave a 2star review on Trustpilot but no contact at all

Fortunately my order for 2 insoles did arrive after about 10 days, but I am now finding it impossible to contact them by phone as others are saying, plus they haven’t replied to any of my emails.
I didn’t set up an account, so it’s impossible to generate a returns form/info without one.
I must remember now to check reviews before ordering from any website that I haven’t used before.
Fortunately it’s only £12.99 that I probably won’t get refunded for the insoles that are not quite right.
I WILL NEVER BE USING THEM AGAIN

Ordered online on 21st February, no emails received to acknowledge my order or receipt for my credit card payment which was dated the same date.
Footsoothers' customer telephone line is permanently "busy" and they have not replied to my email asking for an update.
I am slightly relieved to see that others on the Trustpilot site have received their goods as I was beginning to wonder if this was a scam.
If you read this, Footsoothers, I am still waiting but will be in touch with my bank to flag it up as a suspicious transaction if I don't hear from you or receive my goods within the next 5 working days.
UPDATE The goods arrived by post on 3rd March. of the two footbeds ordered, only one pair was the correct size. Rather than have any more dealings with this inept company, I have simply given the wrongly sized ones away. The footbeds that do fit me are comfortable and what I expected in terms of quality given the very low price.

Ordered online on 4 February. No confirmation of the order and no goods received by today 13 February. Emails ignored and phone line engaged or dead. I have also tried the online enquiry form on their website. My bank account shows that payment was taken on 5 February. Appalling service. Do not order from this company.

I purchased from their website on 20/01/25. I had no confirmation of purchase or any other communications. I started doing a chargeback (am cancelling that!) because of this and the reviews here (saw these reviews after I purchased). However, the goods arrived today 28/01/25 (2nd class). The goods actually seem really well made! I don’t know why they don’t communicate at all as it’s feels like you’ve been scammed of money, plus they could potentially lose a lot of business…
