Came perfect.

Ordered a birthday present for someone three weeks ago with Next Day Delivery. Their birthday has come and gone and still no sign of the trainers. Given up chasing it. Shambolic.

Wat een ongelooflijke kutwinkel. Ik heb 2 paar schoenen besteld die allebei niet bevestigd werden. Moeizaam om de klantenservice te pakken te krijgen, geen telefoonnummer en trage reacties. Na bijna 2 weken eindelijk mijn geld terug, omdat ik dreigde met een incassobureau. Toen magischerwijs binnen 2 uur het geld op mijn rekening, en twee reacties. Volgens FootLocker "puur toeval". Verschrikkelijk bedrijf, ik bestel hier nooit meer en zal iedereen afraden dit te doen.

This was my first time using this website for shopping. After checking reviews in Trustpilot I started hesitating if I should take the risk. But as far as footlocker was suggesting the best price on the item I was looking for, so I decided to give a try. My purchase was delivered by UPS to Ireland. It arrived 1 day before estimated date. I received it 1 week after my purchase.

impossible to complete the order I wish to make as the online order system will not accept my paypal or card details. When I tried to communicate with the company to resolve this, I get ridiculous advice from bots. No phone lines and no way to speak to humans. No wonder the company is making losses

My daughter returned trainers to footlocker, they kept the shoes and refuse to send her back her money. I am going to post this everyday untill she is retirned her money. A child at 15 spends her pocket money on new trainers, and a multi million euro company called FOOTLOCKER, keeps her money, staling from a child.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Mid. I risked purchasing at that website, as no other website had the colour that I wanted. The delivery was quick.

I ordered 3 items from 2 orders off footlocker. The first item arrived with a security tag still attached, I was annoyed that I was going to have to return the item, that I really wanted and since sold out. Checking the item further I noticed a tare by the pocket. I was appalled that they had not noticed this either and had sent it to me.
The first parcel should’ve been a warning because when the second parcel arrived guess what was on the jumper. A security tag? Wrong! Two security tags. Also to add to this a t shirt was missing from the parcel. Clearly footlocker has not quality control and if they do it must be an absolute joke. I ordered 3 items and they messed up each one!!! I’m completely enraged. Awful and shocking service.

Truly diabolical experience

Ordered and pair of trainers and opened an account to follow my purchase and receive tracking details

Received no receipt of purchase and the verification email never came

Had to spend 6 hours between DMs and live chat to be told it was a problem with my email settings

Obviously it was not and a quick scan of their twitter feed and you can see that this is a very common occurrence

So a was essentially lied to by support or they are incompetent Either way it's a fail

Eventually they DMd me my receipt and tracking number but couldn't explain why they hadn't just done that in the first instance

6 hours of needless back and forth

I highly recommend using JD sports or any other reputable supplier as Footlocker are beyond help

I hope this review helps many of you from having to waste a day trying to deal with what should have been a 5 minute transaction

And I still have no access to the account I created 🤣

Delivered to wrong address
Footlocker will probably say not our fault!
But you chose to use this company to deliver your stuff
Go back to signed for in person or this is going to countne??!!
Some delivery drivers just trow in in any address unacceptable

Just received my order today. First time buying from footlocker they were by far the cheapest for what I was looking for couldn't believe it. So happy with my order will definitely shop again. Thank you

Bought nike air 270s on the 30th December for my daughters birthday, 11th Jan. No sign....footlocker emailed asking me for a review as they understood I had received my order...tracking shows emergency situation/severe weather. No response from customer service. So many other negative reviews, I wish I'd looked here before I bought. If you're thinking of buying, just don't.
