Awful experience, delivered to a pickup point then went to collect from that pickup point who then said the package wasn’t there yet despite them already being late! The delivery tracking said it was delivered, I then contacted them and they suddenly had magically called the shop who stated it was there!!! So ridiculous, they were then sent back to footlocker regardless as I was “late for collection” I had already gone to collect them and been informed they weren’t there!!! They were for my child’s first week of school I don’t have time to go back and forth at their discretion because their delivery system clearly doesn’t work, what makes it worse is that they won’t issue a refund until September 10th which will then take 10-15 working days- a refund only after TWO MONTHS of purchasing- after their mistake mind you - left my child without a pair of school shoes , different helping member of staff for the support email every time each with a worse answer than the next- avoid at all costs

I had ordered 3 shoes form footlocker a month back. I still haven't got 2 of them 😂. One order from ups came 6 days later than the expected delivery date and the the other 2 shoes haven't been delivered at all due to "incorrect street name". I personally called ups up to check what's up with the street name and they said there's nothing wrong the order is in transit and is in France currently when on the website or shows its in Ireland 😭😭😭. And footlocker has already labelled my orders as delivered even though I haven't got it for more than 20 days now. Please don't order from there order from websites that use DHL services they're way more reliable than ups and don't go for footlocker because they're a known brand customer service means squat to them. Noirfonce is a good website to shop from and has better pricing and availability as well.

Advertising products they dont have in stock and cannot provide. No problem taking your money though. Useless.

Ik heb online schoenen besteld bij Foot Locker in maat 44, de maat die ik altijd draag. Na ontvangst heb ik de schoenen uitgepakt en de doos weggegooid, omdat ik ervan uitging dat ze gewoon zouden passen. Toen ik de schoenen de volgende dag wilde dragen, bleken ze echter veel te strak te zitten. Daarom heb ik ze geretourneerd, helaas zonder de originele doos.

Pas ruim drie weken later ontving ik een e-mail dat mijn retour was geweigerd vanwege het ontbreken van de schoenendoos. De schoenen zijn vervolgens teruggestuurd naar mijn huisadres.

Wat mij vooral teleurstelt, is de manier waarop Foot Locker met deze situatie is omgegaan. Ik heb meerdere keren gebeld en gemaild om samen tot een redelijke oplossing te komen. Zo heb ik voorgesteld om de schoenen om te ruilen voor maat 45, de ontbrekende doos voor rekening van Foot Locker te laten of de waarde van de doos in mindering te brengen op het aankoopbedrag. Geen van deze voorstellen werd serieus overwogen; alles werd zonder enige flexibiliteit afgewezen.

Het meest ongelooflijke vond ik het advies van Foot Locker om de schoenen dan maar via Marktplaats te verkopen. Dat verwacht je niet van een grote, professionele organisatie. In plaats van mee te denken met een klant die te goeder trouw een oplossing zoekt, verschuilt Foot Locker zich achter regels en wordt elk redelijk voorstel afgewezen.

Mijn ervaring is dat je bij Foot Locker niet als klant wordt behandeld, maar als een ordernummer. De klantenservice heeft mij na ruim een week bellen en mailen geen enkele passende oplossing geboden. Dat vind ik bijzonder teleurstellend en absoluut niet klantvriendelijk.

Recently purchased a pair of runner on footlocker. We received the runners and there is a stain on them. The response from Footlocker was to return the runners rather than replace them. My son wanted these runners for a specific event. It looks like these runners where either previously returned and the stain was not noticed or they came from the distribution center with the stain. Either way footlocker suggest a €20 gift card in lue of what is effectively a 2nd hand product.... I work in retail myself and I still cannot believe the suggested solution to this.... VERY Disappointed

Had wrong amount on shoe compared to box forgot to take tags off security tags then only put one shoe in box had to go back to get changed parking fees and just sorry
Just not good enough footlocker

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I informed the company that my parcel had not been delivered by the estimated date, but instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was told I had to wait 5 working days before it could even be escalated. After that, it took a further 4 days for them to respond, only to tell me the parcel was lost.

What’s most frustrating is that I wasn’t given a proper choice between a replacement or a full refund. The refund option, even with a small discount offered, would still have left me paying more than I originally did due to price changes. I was simply told there was nothing more they could do to help.

Overall, the process was slow, unhelpful, and very disappointing. I expected much better customer service.

Go to Jd Sports or Lifestyle way better delivery service. Ordered 5 days ago and not even despatched only ordered accepted. This has happened 3 times now never again. Last time it happened the item became out of stock now. Shambles of a company!

I ordered shoes (in Blanchardstown), promised to deliver in few days... after 10 days.... no shoes, no call...
Decided to visit their Dublin shop, their the ladies (they were kind at least) told me i won't get the shoes, don't expect.

Ordered shoes ages ago and footlocker can’t tell me when they will arrive, just keep saying they’re experiencing delays with their warehouse. Service is absolutely disgraceful. Will never shop there again.

I had a terrible experience at Foot Locker Blanchardstown. My daughter purchased shoes from the city centre branch, only to discover they were used. She had already paid €6 for waterproofing at the city centre shop, but when she attempted to return them at the Blanchardstown store, manager Rebecca was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She charged my daughter another €6 for waterproofing without proper explanation, causing unnecessary hassle. My husband had to step in to resolve the situation and pay for the shoes. Manager Rebecca’s harsh attitude and poor customer service made this a frustrating ordeal. I would not recommend this store.

Placed an order, realised it was child size upon completion. Filed a case within 10 mins of order requesting cancelation (as per guidance). Contacted agent, they told me can't be stopped.
3 days on, item has not shipped, and agent is ignoring any further communications.

Never order from them.I have order a shoe, didn't like itwhen it arrived,returned it after couple of days on 04/07/25.Haven't got my money yet(18/07)When you chase them, the staffs seems dont helpful at all..The same day when i returned the shoe ,I liked another one and ordered online,still I haven't got this shoe.This was meant to be a birthday gift,which was a complete fail.People please don't order with them.Very very disappointed with the service!

Ordered shoes, paid for next day delivery. One week later the parcel still hasn't left Eindhoven and is now being returned to Footlocker because they can't manage the customs clearance paperwork between them. Now I've been told it will be another 3 weeks before I can get a refund. Absolute scam.

I ordered a pair of runners two weeks ago . According too the delivery company it was delivered but I never received my package . I contacted the customer service and I filled out the forms that were sent too me . I heard nothing back and had to email again . They then told me I needed to resend them the information in a pdf format which is not an issue but that was never stated to me originally. I would not buy from them again .

Shocking customer service at Limerick city cruises street store.

Ordered shoes online before Christmas as a gift.

Went into the shop on St.Stephens day and was told I couldn’t exchange the size and would have to come in on the 27th.

Came back on the 27th and as I approached the till, I overheard the manager saying ‘Oh here comes another one’.

Then refusing to exchange for a size up stating the online store and instore business were separate

They would not order me the shoe from the warehouse even though it was available online. So then decided I would change for my own size (which was I store) and buy a second pair in the correct size online

They then refused to do this as I had purchased at a discount on Black Friday.

Appalling customer service and manager and staff ignorant, rude and condescending.

Will never shop with footlocker again!!

Absolutely amazing Support throughout. Ive recommened Footlocker now to family and friends hands down even if they are a few Euro more than a competitor, purely becuase of their A+ support. Second to none. NB - It was Foorlocker Europe Support I dealt with, not UK.

Purchased expensive shoes as a gift for my brother. They were not as listed on the website. I reported this without satisfaction. I could not return because they had been worn. Next day, shoes were reduced by e110 on the site, but the inaccuracy was not corrected. No redress offered. I have purchased shoes for e169, not as advwrtised, and now see them on sale for e59! This was my first footlocker experience, and it will be my last. To me, the mark of a service focused company is not how many times things go wrong, but how good they are in rectifying the problem!

Ordered a pretty expensive pair of sneakers only to have it delivered to a completely different estate to where I live.. thankfully the lady that it was delivered to took the initiative to do the ups delivery persons job and ring my phone number that was on the postal address. Picked it up from her only to find the box was damaged . This is embarrassing for any professional company
