They can fix their website to not add…
They can fix their website to not add extra order to your order. I ordered 1 pair of shoes. Checked invoice they charged me for 2 pairs and sent 2 pairs. I sent email saying that they added extra pair. They said oh well. Plus I had to pay UPS $80.00 for extra tarrif shipping. And to add to that. They say I have to pay tarrif shipping back for order I did not make. Very unreliable website and very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend buying from this company.

After reviewing your case with our team, we can confirm that the order was placed and paid for as two pairs, as reflected in the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. For this reason, this was not a website or system error.
Regarding your message, unfortunately we were not able to stop the shipment in time, and the order was processed and dispatched as confirmed.
In terms of customs duties and import fees, as clearly stated on our website and accepted at checkout, these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities. These charges are not controlled or set by FOOTDISTRICT, and they apply to each shipment accordingly.
We understand this situation is not ideal and regret any inconvenience caused. If you wish to return one of the pairs, you can do so following our return instructions.

Participe varias veces en raffles y realmente fue una experiencia realmente buena, después de tantas participaciones en diferentes zapatillas me tocó unas de tantas. La comunicación es precisa y las entrega dentro del plazo establecido.

Gran experiencia de compra y trato humano
Es siempre genial visitar la tienda de Barcelona, sobre todo por el trato recibido así como la eficacia del personal. Me parece que se llevan iniciativas muy chulas y la cola para los lanzamientos acostumbra a ser autogestionada y ordenada (sin tener en cuenta algunos malos actores que intentan colarse o arman alboroto cuando se les manda al final de la cola).
Mi único pero seria la disparidad en cuanto al allocation en Barcelona, mi ultimo pedido coontrareembolso lo he devuelto a origen porque llego tarde (cosa de correos) y me fue mas rápido que un colega me mandara la colección de Frgmt x Union comprándolo en la tienda de Madrid.
Entiendo que el volumen debe estar ajustado a la cantidad de ventas, pero al disponer de menos material en la b&m de Bcn es mas complicado generar una cultura alrededor. En mi opinión se tendría que estudiar mas la cultura local y evitar traer colecciones sobreexplotadas que ya ofrece la competencia. Por ejemplo en lugar de traer la colección completa de Willy Chavarria x Adidas, seria curioso ver Avirex, Pelle Pelle o marcas que refuercen mas la identidad de FootDistrict, tienda que para muchos de nosotros es un hogar y un refugio para los apasionados de la movida vs las grandes corporaciones/individuos que quieren canibalizar la cultura.
